"Had covered front porch replaced (rotting wood pillars and fencing) and new front door installed. Wood on the patio fencing was a little rough, not sanded or anything, and there was a gap under the front door that wasn't present on the old door. I fixed that on my own with a rubber door skirt from the hardware store. For the price paid I am satisfied. No major issues, friendly, on time, and cleanup was good."

They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."

"I already gave American Home Pros a 5-star review when they completed the job, which also included extensive stucco repair and replacement of rotten wood. Now, I want to praise their exceptional customer service. About 3 months after completion something happened to damage some of our paint. It was not a warranty issue, but American Home Pros immediately responded to my plea to have a technician complete the repair, so that we could maintain the high quality exterior they had given us. "SavOn/Ivan came out immediately and tested the area in question. I had mold in my dining room ceiling, not airborne thank God; but mold none the less needing remediation. SavOn completed the remediation in about 4 days and were very thorough, professional and attentive. Taylor in the office and Ivan in the field provided excellent service. SavOn was a little pricey but not as astronomical as the other companies. My project is not yet completed due to a lack of funds on my part but the cosmetic repairs will be completed soon and I'll keep you posted on the progress. Angel A"

received 9 bids. Rene the owner of Express Roofing come out to quote the  roof as well. What he had to say compared what the other roofers had to say is why we picked Express Roofing. Rene went thru in details and explaned what and how he was going to do. Verses the other roofers were allot more vague. Rene had his pencil sharpened and ready.

There were a total of three people I communicated with during the process. After accepting and giving the"OK' to work I was contacted by a gentleman names Jeff "office manager". Very impressed with the commumication from Jeff. He kept me informed via email and always returned or  answered my phone calls same day for the most part.

The third person I had allot of contact with was Ricardo, ( Job foreman) I would get up in the morning (still dark) There would be Ricardo waiting for other workers to show up. Once able to see (sun up) Work begain, And didn't stop till dark. The crew cleaned up at the end of the day very well leaving no messes from previous day.  Very impressed!!

 The crew worked five straight day till completion. Workers very detailed and everything was done to my liking.

As for the "charge ups. (additional work that needed to be done on top of original bid) Very fair and worked with me.

Express roofing was not the cheapest bid, but not the most expensive.
