Avi and David were wonderful; very thorough in explaining the process, answering all of our questions, and settling on a price that was reasonable and within our budget. During the building process, David was very responsive, available, and receptive to changes and last minute decisions made along the way. The project took longer than anticipated and there were some unexpected setbacks, but David and Avi worked quickly to fix issues and keep the project moving forward. At the end of the project they were very responsible about making sure we were satisfied with every last detail before completing the project. When we were in the market for a general contractor to build our two-bedroom/two-bath ADU in San Marino, we interviewed several general contractors. Mike Maman of MF Construction was one of them. During the construction of our ADU, Mike was just a text or phone call away. He kept us informed of upcoming events and visited our job site almost daily, sometimes more than once a day. "My husband and I wanted to remodel the bathroom off the master bedroom in our 2 bedroom condo. We got theee quotes and Home Renew 360 was the most affordable without being so low that it makes you wonder about quality. We worked with Nathan as our Project Manager and he was extremely responsive, helpful and professional. At this be point something came up that was unexpected due to our building being older and Nathan explained the issue and gave me a quote before any work was done. At another point something came up a few weeks after the project was completed and Nathan had someone out to fix it the next day. The crew that did the work was polite, clean, on time and professional. The only thing I would do differently is paying for the 3d design. Being that this was my first remodel, I was looking for more of a consultation about what type of materials, colors, etc we should go with and this was more of a 3d image. We ended up meeting with someone at Floor & Decor and he was able to help with the selection of products/materials. I would recommend their services and Nathan for anyone looking to do a remodel."
