Avi and David were wonderful; very thorough in explaining the process, answering all of our questions, and settling on a price that was reasonable and within our budget. During the building process, David was very responsive, available, and receptive to changes and last minute decisions made along the way. The project took longer than anticipated and there were some unexpected setbacks, but David and Avi worked quickly to fix issues and keep the project moving forward. At the end of the project they were very responsible about making sure we were satisfied with every last detail before completing the project. His workmanship was very professional and finished on time! On top of that, Kevin updated my balcony to the latest building codes. His price is very reasonable. When we were in the market for a general contractor to build our two-bedroom/two-bath ADU in San Marino, we interviewed several general contractors. Mike Maman of MF Construction was one of them. "We had 1500 sq ft of turf installed in our backyard. It was pricy, but all turf is pricy these days AND these guys are awesome to work with. They are complete professionals and absolutely know what they are doing. Having dealt with a lot of unreliable contractors, we’ve decided we will pay extra if it means I’m getting a pro experience with no headaches. They arrived at all meetings on time and prepared. Their payment plan was reasonable. We were able to book the installation pretty quickly; about a week after we decided to move forward. The installation team were professional, efficient, cleaned up and did it all in one day! They were also able to work around existing sprinklers that I wanted to keep operational."

"Isaac came after we met few other contractors , his presentation was the most professional , he was very careful making sure we’ll get what we need including testing for mold , now we have a new roof and a mold free house , his crew did an amazing job , making sure small details were covered and taking the time and effort to make sure everything done to our satisfaction, the job was done on time and on budget which very important for us , he also worked with our insurance company and solar company which helped a lot. "Recently completed a 2 bathroom remodel for my parents really old home. There was no high pressure tactics to remodel to something fancy when I was looking for functionality for the remodel. The quote was very detailed so I knew exactly what made up the cost of the remodel (materials, labor and estimation for permits). There were a couple of adjustments made along the way that either I requested or were unforeseeable because of the age of the home. But I was consulted and fully aware of any changes that were going to change the quote and the increases were small and fully approved before made. Workers arrived on time, wore masks and cleaned up after themselves each day before they left. I would recommend Skyline Konstruction and plan to use them again for the next upgrade we plan to make."

"I would give California Builders 1 million ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if I could, this company is top notch. The Airport Fire 🔥 ash got in my swimming 🏊 pool & started breaking away my existing plaster, the water was draining underground & my water bill has been excessively high as I have a water filler on that pool. I got a couple of local quotes from businesses off of yelp, but they were so high & unreasonable & couldn’t even start my project for months. I reached out to California Builders & they had someone draining my pool within days, after 4 days, my pool went from ruined to what now looks like a resort pool & for super reasonable pricing. Thank you, Chris & your California Builders team, can’t wait for our next project.
