The following are the main features of our PROJECT COMPLETION POLICY, cost of which are included in all of our proposals: 1) QUALITY FIRST. We have high quality standards and stress meticulous attention to details. 2) We make DRAWINGS together with our ARCHITECTS and ENGINEERS, obtain all required municipally PERMITS, comply with all rules/regulations. 3) We FORESEE HIDDEN JOBS, which are necessary to get done, in order to complete projects, to our best extent, and make Home-Owners aware of them and of their cost, so that Home-Owners could budget project completion accurately. 4) We help our Customers to DESIGN, choose, order/obtain, and deliver materials, associated with projects. 5) We regularly REMOVE DEBRIS, resulted from our work, keep job sites CLEAN to reasonable extent. 6) We provide a 3 year WARRANTY.
"We hired General Remodeling Group to remodel our outdated kitchen. This was our first major home remodeling and we were completely overwhelmed with the project. Vidas, the project manager, and his staff were truly valuable in walking us through this process. He listened patiently while we described our ideas and offered suggestions and sage advice. He was always available either through texts or emails. His prompt responses were appreciated. Max was also so helpful through every step of the remodel. He accompanied us to the various vendors to help and advised us in choosing our countertop, backsplash, flooring, wall paints etc. He was always patient with us as we spent a lot of time trying to make good decisions. Part way through the project, Max discovered water damage from the bathroom above the kitchen.Vidas and Max informed us right away and we worked on an agreeable solution for repairs. We were so impressed with Max's attention to detail and his quality of work. The other crew members, Hilario and Richard's (the tile expert) work were exceptional and again, their attention to detail were amazing. We are so pleased with our new kitchen. From start to finish, it was a very good experience. We had a few minor blips here and there,but Vidas or Max took care of them quickly and efficiently. The price for the entire project was reasonable and the project was completed as scheduled. Definitely, we will call upon General Remodeling Group for our future home remodeling projects."
