"Responsiveness was good. The work was good. I gave four stars instead of five stars for the following reason. After the replacing the pipe to my house, the water was turned on for us while we waited for the city inspection. Which was nice. However, as I was leaving for work the next morning, a water geyser was shooting up from the work area. I grabbed a wrench, used a screw driver to remove the water meter cover, and searched for the shut-off valve with water up to my elbows and shoes and pants getting soaked. I got the valve shut off. The water kept coming. That didn't make sense to me until the geyser stopped all of a sudden. It was coming from the neighbors sprinkler head, which was missing, which was right in the tug-out trench. I asked the plumber later if they had knocked the sprinkler head off as they were digging the trench and he said no, that it was already missing a head as they had came across it. Well that would have been nice to know. I could have told the neighbor not to run their sprinkler. I could have gone to work with dry shoes. I will give Plumber Near Me Kudo's - they did put their own sprinkler head on the neighbors pipe, which was nice."

"Contacted 3 Plumbers & Dad because the water pressure in my home suddenly increased significantly. They came out to take a look and then provided 4 quotes so I could pick the option that best fit my budget. I ended up choosing the option to install a Pressure Reducing Value, a Thermal Expansion Tank on my water heater, replacing the flexible line on the water heater with solid copper pipe, and replacing the water main valve with a new valve. Justin, Aaron, and Teresa were all extremely professional. Justin explained each component that was being installed and why it was necessary. They also took Covid precautions and always wore their masks. Their scheduling system was also really nice and easy to use. I called to schedule the appointment and then got text reminders an hour before the appointment, was able to confirm my appointments online, approve the quote online, and pay the invoice online. "My pipes busted due to freezing weather. Everyone I've called told me tomorrow, but when I called this company he was able to come out within 30 mins. He looked at the damage and explained to me exactly what needed to be fixed. I have to say I had two pipes which one was to the main house and the other for my water softener. I haven't used the water softener in years so he told me that he can fix both pipes but it costs a little bit more or he could just fix the pipe that goes to the house and it won't cost that much. I was very happy that he was honest with me about the situation. I think if somebody else would have come out, they would have taken advantage of my situation. If anything else breaks down in my house I would definitely call him again and I would recommend him to all my friends. He has done a remarkable job and I am grateful to him and his prompt service."
