"Responsiveness was good. The work was good. I gave four stars instead of five stars for the following reason. After the replacing the pipe to my house, the water was turned on for us while we waited for the city inspection. Which was nice. However, as I was leaving for work the next morning, a water geyser was shooting up from the work area. I grabbed a wrench, used a screw driver to remove the water meter cover, and searched for the shut-off valve with water up to my elbows and shoes and pants getting soaked. I got the valve shut off. The water kept coming. That didn't make sense to me until the geyser stopped all of a sudden. It was coming from the neighbors sprinkler head, which was missing, which was right in the tug-out trench. I asked the plumber later if they had knocked the sprinkler head off as they were digging the trench and he said no, that it was already missing a head as they had came across it. Well that would have been nice to know. I could have told the neighbor not to run their sprinkler. I could have gone to work with dry shoes. I will give Plumber Near Me Kudo's - they did put their own sprinkler head on the neighbors pipe, which was nice."

They came out to take a look and then provided 4 quotes so I could pick the option that best fit my budget. I ended up choosing the option to install a Pressure Reducing Value, a Thermal Expansion Tank on my water heater, replacing the flexible line on the water heater with solid copper pipe, and replacing the water main valve with a new valve. Justin, Aaron, and Teresa were all extremely professional. Justin explained each component that was being installed and why it was necessary. They also took Covid precautions and always wore their masks. Their scheduling system was also really nice and easy to use.
