"I called 5 different electricians from Angie"s List for quotes. Johnson Electric gave the cheapest quote. I called on Thursday afternoon and they were able to due to job Friday morning. I was contacted Friday morning to let me know that Oscar would be at my house between 11-12. Oscar showed at a little after 11. He was polite and did a good job. He answered all of my questions as I watched him do the work. He took extra care to be as clean as possible. He replaced 5 kitchen CFL lights with LED lights. After finishing that he went on to install a new electrical outlet in a hallway. Once again, he took care to be as clean as possible and answer all of my questions as he proceeded. The whole job took about 3 hours. I will definitely being hiring Johnson Electric again when I need electrical work done around the house."

"I was very happy with the service from William at Garafano Electric. I left a voice message and he returned the call within a day to set an appointment and to understand the specifics of what I needed to insure that he brought the correct parts. He let me know up front that there was a minimum one-hour charge for the visit. On the day of the appointment, William arrived precisely at the agreed time. The light switch repair was a small job that only took about 15 minutes and I'm very happy with the quality of the job and the new switch. William asked if I had other electrical tasks needed doing so that I could get the full benefit of the hour. The only item I could think of was that the bulbs in the living room fixture needed to be replaced, but it's a cathedral ceiling and too high for me to reach. I did not have the correct bulbs on hand, so William drove to Home Depot, purchased the bulbs and then installed them for me, all within the one-hour charge. This was well beyond what I expected a service provider to do and I was very pleased with the customer service. I would certainly hire Garafano Electric again."

"What can't I say about James, Ernie & Bryan/Brien. I hired Zero Electric (ZE) to raise/replace my front and backyard electrical outlets. James examined the outlets & suggested what he thought would be best. When we got to the 4th outlet, I guess he must have read my facial expression that I was not convinced. He not only re-suggested how he thought these outlets should be reinstalled but physically showed me & stated why. I was convinced & agreed that his suggestion was best. He and his guys were very attentive, they listened and are personable. Even though the day was a scorcher, James said it would take 4 hrs which it did.
