He was able to schedule a technician to come see me Tuesday noon-2pm, and the tech, Lucky, arrived promptly at noon on that day. He diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered a replacement part, and came back the following day to install it, right on time. The total cost of service was $135 for the visit/labor (including both trips) and $90 for the part. I was happy to pay it for how quickly and easily this repair was. (And no, I could not have done it myself, it involved lifting up the whole thing and ordering specific parts I wouldn't have had the time or interest in trying to find on my own). I will definitely use them again."
