Get matched with top traditional tile roofing installers and replacers in Templeton, MA

"On Top Roofing is Top of the Line Roofer. Professional delivery with solid quality! Company was hired to correct the issues caused by a prior roofer whose incompetence has cost me additional thousands in repair. On Top Roofing installed a ridge vent that the prior roofer only placed on the roof, re-flashed the chimney where prior roofer failed to install to match new rook lines, re-surface flat rook where prior roofer ignored. In addition, On Top Roofing was used on apartment buildings to help close up the roof and eliminate a bat problem. On the Top Roofing is the only roofing company to use. It takes a while to get on their schedule, but they show when they say the will and do the job they say they will do. Only hire On the Top!! You will not regret."

"They did an awesome job! The roof looks GREAT! Plus the people are very professional and friendly. There will be no other company doing my projects but BBS General Construction Inc. from now on!"

"We had our roof replaced and installed by Mark O'Donnell in the last week and are completely satisfied. He quoted the job, worked us into his busy schedule and completed the job within 3 weeks' time, all as promised. His crew was prompt, courteous, reliable and professional. True to his assurance, the whole job took one day. The price he quoted, was the price we paid...no hidden surprises! He was visible on the job and responded immediately when called. When the job was finished, the yard was picked up and things put back. We will be using him for future projects and recommend him highly to anyone else!"

"Brad and his dad were great. They were always at the job on time. They kept me informed each day during the entire project. They are certainly experts with old houses and were happy to explain what they were doing and why. I would certainly have them back when we replace the front doors if we find the sill is rotted. Great guys. Great job."

"David and his team are exceptional. David came and did a thorough analysis of the issue and fixed the issue in a very short amount of time. He did a very professional job and took care of the issue and the siding looks like new now. He does a great job with very good materials and is a honest guy. The team also cleaned up the place nicely after they have done their job. Excellent work. He also went above and beyond. I asked his opinion on other 2 issues one in the leak of the skylight which was in the roof. He climbed up the roof and analyzed the issue and said that he can put a good fix to it. He fixed the leak issue and did not even want to charge for it. He also brought a aluminum wrapper and took care of another issue in the chimney and did not even want to charge for it"

"They were perfect. They were on time and professional. They did a really good job."

"I needed a small leak in my roof repaired. Other contractors spent a little time in the attic, looked at the outside roof through binoculars, and told me I would have to replace half of my entire roof, at an exorbitant price. Luis from Betho Construction navigated the jungle of my unfinished attic, then also climbed up on the roof, and located the soft spot where the underlying wood had become damp. He was able to quote me a great price on a more targeted repair with a warranty. The team showed up on time, repaired the roof in short order, texted progress photos showing what they found and what they fixed, and thoroughly cleaned up after. I would not hesitate to use Betho Construction again!"

"Great to work with and has stood up well under all the recent rain!"

"I recommend to all my friends and family! 10/10 service!"

"I would highly recommend them, they are highly knowledgeable and very competent, their pricing was very competitive."
