Shoddy workmanship noted after the first day and required me to crawl the entire space every evening to develop a list of everything that was done incorrectly. 3 day job turned into 3 weeks in order for them to fix all the mistakes. Would not utilize them again even if they paid me to let them do the work."

"First I would like to say that everyone I dealt with at ICSR was great! From Erika who made the appointments to Jeremiah who did the inspection, to Terry and his crew. They were all friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. Jeremiah explained in detail what needed done in my crawlspace. There was a lot of damage due to termites in the past. I knew this was what needed done as I had another Company look at it as well. They backed out because they thought the crawlspace was to narrow to get the work done.
