"We experienced water damage in our house and i am sensitive to mold and have chemical sensitivity as well. I have a young child and pet and wanted someone who would remove mold and do proper testing and clean with something nontoxic so that i would not react to mold or cleaners. I was so happy to find a company not far from me that not only did this but also did whole house and hvac cleaning as well and was so thorough. Even tho dealing with this has been upsetting, every person in this company has went above and beyond to help ease our fears, answer questions and update us step by step. I would highly recommend this company esp to anyone sensitive to chemicals and or mold or who wants the job done right (should be everyone!)"

David was very polite and receptive to my questions and concerns before he inspected the attic. He reiterated the problems I already knew about and estimated the installation 20% lower than several other insulation installers. I asked if they minded that I take a look around in the attic after they had finished. They said that they always ask customers to take a look after they finished. "First I would like to say that everyone I dealt with at ICSR was great! From Erika who made the appointments to Jeremiah who did the inspection, to Terry and his crew. They were all friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. Jeremiah explained in detail what needed done in my crawlspace. There was a lot of damage due to termites in the past. I knew this was what needed done as I had another Company look at it as well. They backed out because they thought the crawlspace was to narrow to get the work done. I agreed to Jeremiah's plan and about two weeks later Larry and his crew came out to do the work. I will say it again, Larry and his crew were great. They worked so hard and in horrible heat and humidity. They were always friendly and smiled when I saw them. Larry always let me know what they got done that day, and what the plan was for the next. They cleaned up the work area, and took away any and all debris. I have full faith in ICSR and Larry and his crew that the repairs were done right. I am so glad the plan with the other company fell through, as I think I ended up with the best!"

"The owner Dave Tarrance was one of five companies that gave us estimates. Crawlspace Doctor had the best price for the work we wanted done. Dave listened to all our concerns about our crawlspace and offered solutions to help us resolve the issues. During the work he stopped in personally to keep us updated on the progress of the job, which took five days. His crew was very polite and disposed of all debris (old insulation) each night."

"Unfortunately, I had a very dissatisfying experience with Ameristore, particularly with one of their workers, Ed. My drywall was scheduled to be remediated, cut out and I was told last minute by this individual that he was not planning on coming to do the work in my house. He accused me of having details incorrect on the quote I was given although when I contacted the office the information, I had was correct. This individual was very unprofessional and rude and actually made some discriminatory remarks about my home saying I needed a hygienist to come out to my home and then declining to do the work in my home entirely. I had a leak in my home as my sewage backed up. Of course my home needed to have some work done on it and that is why I contacted the company. I ended up contacting another remediation company who literally came out to my home days later and completed the job with no hassle. I delayed writing a review regarding this company but felt it was necessary based on how this individual treated me and how the company was unwilling to actually assist me as a customer but decided to uphold a very unprofessional worker. To this day I am still in dismay by how I was treated."
