"Everything went great! Needed to find a local plumber in an emergency on a Saturday and Chris was able to be there within 30 minutes of talking to him. He observed the job and communicated what would need to be done and fixed/replaced everything that needed to be. He did tremendous work and I will definitely be calling on him again should I need something done in the future!!"

"From consultation to finish, Jane and Brandon were very helpful and persistent on their job. Tite they installed are still looking new after 6 years."

"Fantastic! Joseph was able to fix valve in shower wall without taking down tile wall after a previous plumber was unable to do it. Job cost 1/4 what it would have and was done in 2 hours rather than multiple days. Very experienced, honest and responsive."

"Joe is very punctual, polite, professional, and down to earth. He told me that the custom-ordered window would take 4-6 weeks to make and the installation would take one day and he is true to his words. His crew is also very friendly. Joe and his crew arrive by 7AM on the day of installation and completed the install along with the rot repair by 4PM. Would highly recommend Joe (The Siding Guy) and his team."

"After the tech finished with the boiler I called his attention to a suspicious accumulation of blue copper deposit on one of our heating zone pipes above the boiler. Because the boiler had been installed only two years earlier it didn't seem right.  The problem was traced to the hot water pipe coming from the water heater:  a pinhole leak in that pipe traveled back down the inside of the foam insulating jacket to drip onto the heating zone pipe below and leave the deposit.
The tech cut the pipe at the site of the leak and "sweated" a short patch in place to stop the leak and fix the problem in a short time.
This unscheduled repair was timely and effective.  That's where the extra $280 above the Angie's price came from.
I am clearly too old.  I have lost track of what plumbing work costs in 2013-14 (and unfortunately needs to cost to run an effective plumbing company).  Note: My N/A on price, above, refers to the boiler cleaning charge only.  The actual total was the $350 shown.

Note: I've edited this review to correct the original price shown.   The added work cost $280 not the $230 I  entered from memory."

"We had an excellent experience with Flash Painters. One of the things we appreciated the most was Priscila identifying touch-up items that we had missed. She was very particular with having the final result excellent. Priscila's experience was invaluable in helping us select both the type and color of paints we used. She had many other excellent suggestions as our project went along. As difficulties came up, as they always do, Priscila had a good solution every time. Flash Painters was able to put enough workers on the job to complete it in a timely manner. We never had to move any heavy furniture. Everything was moved to accommodate the painting and then returned to their original locations. There were several times we had to leave the house for extended periods of time. We never felt concerned with the workers being in our house and our not being there. We will most definitely have Flash Painters do our next painting project."

"Highly recommend them. Every step along way was positive! Bill responded immediately to calls, very helpful with questions and reachable by Cell for follow-up. Arrived on time and very professional. We had a plumbing drainage problem; one plumber had visited and felt our exterior drain pipe may have been cracked just outside foundation. Once Callahan excavated the ground open, pipe was not cracked by foundation. Bill showed us one joint to be repaired/adjusted and suggested us hiring a drain cleaning company anticipating tree roots. (Next we hired drain company who got through backup and along with video, found tree roots got through seam but thankfully no cracks in pipe.) With the joint adjusted, we can better monitor if future backup. During project Callahan also secured plywood over area to protect from rain; locked area was not accessible to public. When we called to schedule completion, in spite of us being a small job - again Callahan was available quickly to return. During second visit and refilling, they went above and beyond in also removing and disposing some scraps that were in ground. Thanks again! Highly recommend their services!

"Very professional plumber - showed up on time, got the job done quickly. The space to access the plumbing under the sink was pretty tight, but he never complained, and used the right tools to get the job done quickly."

"I tried to clear both of these myself, unsuccessfully. Clearing one sink was complicated by some old and delicate piping that we didn't want to damage. He stuck with it, was very careful, and managed to clear both without needing to open walls or cut and replace pipe. Hurray!"
