"Water heater installed within two hours, with some hiccups in between."

"Replaced gas water heater, replaced old shut off valves with ball type valves. Did a nice clean job. Very happy"

"Given the fact that having a water heater fail is never a fun experience, Joe and his team did such a fantastic job of making the situation so much better for us. Honest, hard working, fair pricing, and quality work. They were honestly a lifesaver given my wife was recently pregnant and being without hot water is not an option. They came out quickly for the estimate and there the next day for the install. Professional and courtesy and all around great team. Highly recommend!!!"

"John and his father arrived on time and did a great job installing an outside faucet. Great service at a reasonable price!"

"Justin and Cam, the technicians, did a great job. We have an old farmhouse with a very strange configuration of partial crawlspace and partial full basement, and water was leaking through the fieldstone foundation wall from the crawlspace. They quickly diagnosed that the problem was coming from 1 or 2 zones of the hot water radiator heating system, and they were able to shut off those zones to stop the leak, while allowing the house to still use water for sinks, toilets, and showers. We'll have to do more work later to replace pipes to the radiator but, because they are hard to access, we need to plan ahead for some construction work. I'm fully satisfied that these guys were able to find the problem and give us even a temporary solution that allows us to have our working plumbing again without the basement getting wet. Would definitely work with them again."

"Heavy Doody did a wonderful job installing our new shower valve and were very knowledgable about the most cost effective solution. We highly recommend them!"

"They did a good job with the install. When I had a problem with the unit 8 months later the owner himself responded and fixed it have no charge."

"I cannot recommend these guys enough! I am not a patient person, when it comes to work on my house. They EXCEEDED my expectations! Their install was professional, well communicated, clean and efficient. Work was done while my twin babies were home, and they were incredibly accommodating. Their service people have been quick to reply to every question I have had after install was completed. I, honestly, will never have to shop around again - Comfort Professor will be my first and only call."

"Milltown was exceptionally responsive (before, during and after) the work was performed. Across the Milltown organization, they were responsive to my questions about water heater selection; Mike was responsive and a partner in selecting the best location for the new unit and after, Milltown and Mike were immediately responsive when part of the unit was not operating as expected. Milltown is a solid organization that takes pride in their work."

"Installed a FLO by Morn. Did a great job! Thorough and Professional!"
