He unplugged the dryer, plugged it back in, found out it was in fact heating, and then checked out the entire system entirely and carefully, making sure to recheck everything twice. In addition, he was friendly, cordial, and professional. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. In the end he only charged me a service charge. I feel lucky to have found this company and would rehire them again any time."

"Wonderful experience. They don’t try to push you into any Expensive repairs. They are great at letting you know the options you have to fix an appliance or to maintain your appliances. They came to my home and performed maintenance on all my appliances...disposal, washing machine, dryer (major cleaning and fire hazard prevention), dishwasher, 2 refrigerators. He didn't try to say, no let me come out and charge you for coming out or any of that. He just said let me do so research and asked for pictures of my model number and everything. He did some research ahead of time and called me back and said it's going to be $350 for the part. I had a good experience. I thought he was nice and ethical. "Tony’s only fault as a contractor is that he is a perfectionist. If the work does not meet his high standards then he tears it our and redoes it. He doesn’t increase the price for getting it right. This might add to the time required to complete the job but maybe not for he will stay longer each day to do his best to keep on schedule. I over do everything. I wanted the north side of the house to be extremely strong to resist hurricane force winds and rain. I special ordered European storm force and burgler proof windows. The best recommendation came from the city building inspector. He said this was the the strongest, most over engineered house he had ever seen. Jokingly, He asked if he could bring his family here for the nexy hurricane. Tony does excellent work, has high character and we totally trust him with our home repair work. We still use his services and I don’t even ask for a bid. He is honest as the day is long."
