"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"This is the second time we have used him he came out within a few hours both times repaired promptly and this time was on short notice and cheaper than the guy we had scheduled from Seabrook appliance who did not show up and was rude. the appliance repair guy has always been polite, reasonably priced and knowledgeable"

"They sent out Victor. He is a nice guy. We have dealt with him a couple of times before. He brought the parts with him, and had the seal fixed in under an hour. The price was reasonable, and thanks to the good people at My Appliance Repair Houston the whole experience was very painless. This is a great company, and great service companies are hard to find. If you have a broken appliance in the Houston area you should give them a call."

"Wonderful experience. They don’t try to push you into any Expensive repairs. They are great at letting you know the options you have to fix an appliance or to maintain your appliances. They came to my home and performed maintenance on all my appliances...disposal, washing machine, dryer (major cleaning and fire hazard prevention), dishwasher, 2 refrigerators. I got quality low-cost (less than 1/2 the price I have been paying) water filters for my fridge and also some surge protectors I requested. They cleaned everything and installed my surge protectors quickly and on time. I will continue this maintenance cycle every year These folks are the best. You will not be disappointed!!!"

"The part would have cost too much, so I ended up replacing the oven. I kind of thought that on my own by doing research, but he just confirmed it for me. He was very nice. He got back to me. He didn't try to say, no let me come out and charge you for coming out or any of that. He just said let me do so research and asked for pictures of my model number and everything. He did some research ahead of time and called me back and said it's going to be $350 for the part. I had a good experience. I thought he was nice and ethical. He didn't try to get 50 bucks off me for nothing. He worked for free because he spent his time looking up. He was responsive. He got back to me right away."
