We were afraid that this would affect the closing date for the sale of our house. I call Michael D. McCollom with M & M Roofing at 8:15 AM and he was here at 11:00 AM to inspect. Mike sent over a “near-by” crew and they completed the repairs by 2:00 PM. Mike had installed the roof about six years ago. The repairs were done under their warranty. "Quality workmanship. Roofing crew paid attention to their work and it did not appear that they tried to short-cut the work. I watched a few times over three days and they never put in less than 6 nails/shingle. Another sign of quality work is when I saw a new shingle get tossed because of a small tear(probably from handling). Worker could have used the bad shingle and I would never have known. My only complaint is that workers could have done a better job protecting flowers and plants. Vance Boyer addressed the problem with crew."

The crew was exceptional, showed up on time every day, went above and beyond my expectations for quality work. They are not limited to just siding and roof, they replaced the fascia and soffit, they replaced the boards around all my windows, caulked and sealed any and every opening on the house and garage, replaced the corner joints on the edge of the house and garage and repainted the entire house and garage (matching the exact paint color from the previous painters) at a very competitive and fair price.
