The previous structure was pretty poor quality when we bought the home and continued to get worse over time, including leaks, which led to sagging. They replaced the shingled structure with a metal roof and replaced three small wood columns with two larger ones, which really opened up the space. They demoed and installed the new structure in just one day. They also repaired our chimney which was in poor shape. Looks great now! I would highly recommend them for similar projects."
