"Mansfield Plumbing charges $69 to come do an estimate. They say they can't give estimate on phone because each house is unique. The price they charged however is not individually made. They charged $489 to install my Kitchen faucet that I bought. Only labor for less than 1 hour. I called them to get a break down of how it cost $489 for installation of a faucet and they didn't call me back. I will never use them again."

"I have had their System in my house for about 2 years now. 1) It was a MAJOR upgrade from what I had. It's warm in the winter, and cool in the Summer 2) My heating bill and cooling are LESS. 3) Their pricing was $4,000 cheaper than one place and $6,000 cheaper than another place (That includes a rebate from Texas that you could only get from qualified Installers. There are only a few of Installers in DFW b/c the high requirements can't be met by most of the HVAC installers out there. ) 4) 10 Year Free Warranty!!! 5) Shawn Grazer is such a jolly and humble man. 6) I have called them in on the free warranty a couple of times. They have always been punctual, and it's always been FREE. I haven't even had to fight them for it for a second. They bring up that it's free before I do. They must keep VERY good records. 7) During the February 2021 Texas Snowstorm / power outage that shut down DFW for multiple days, I called them that morning, and they were out that evening. I told them I was fine and I could wait a few days with my 1500 watt heaters, BUT THEY DROVE THROUGH ICE AND SNOW. I repeat the roads were HORRIBLE!!! I can't believe they came that day. #UNBELIEVABLE customer service 8) Yeah I've recommended them to my friends, and Yes they used them. Overall they are hard working, and willing to earn their pay. One of the few companies out their that is not trying to rip off their customers. Chick-Fil-A service but done at a McDonald's price tag."

They provided same-day service (at end of June!) when the largest AC Service provider (you would recognize their name) could not schedule an appointment less than 10 days out. On top of that, Prime AC ended up replacing a 2.5 year old system which the "largest AC Service provider" installed previously which had a 1-year labor warranty. Watch out for those 1-year labor warranties, because it means the provider has no confidence in what they are installing! Prime AC recommended a solution to address the specific needs of my problem with a ten-year warranty, parts AND LABOR! They were very thorough with the install and the system works great. I would recommend this company to anyone experiencing AC issues. They are honest, hard-working, and reasonable...nice to see that still exists in some AC companies."
