"Preferred Construction has gone above and beyond my expectations in the repair of my home after a bathroom water hose broke and flooded our home. They removed the damaged flooring, drywall and cabinets in the bathrooms and kitchen. They then replaced all the damaged walls and flooring and cabinets and doors. Their workmanship was absolutely fantastic, including the painting of all rooms. Their follow up after the installation has been great, as they have adjusted doors months later and fixed floor planks that moved. They never added any additional charges. I highly recommend this company ."

"I liked the guys. They seemed really good. But they would not quote it exactly because they said I needed to hire my own architect. They were the only contractor that said this. According to the HOMEADVISOR guidelines this would not be necessary for this small expansion of an entrance way, and neither did every other contractor. i would have given them the job based on their ballpark per sq.ft. quote, but an additional $4000 they said for an architect for squaring up two walls, seemed ridiculous."
