I met with three different contractors to get ideas and proposals for my deck, and Mark was the only one that proactively followed up with regular updates and explanations for any delays out of his control (e.g., from suppliers). They were also very helpful in providing ideas and suggestions. Jake also went above and beyond: we had wood rot on our original deck after only 5 years, and Jake volunteered to figure out who supplied the original wood, went in person to meet with the supplier to understand why it would have rotted, and he sent me a warranty claim form and instructions from the supplier to get a reimbursement for the rotted wood! I’ve never worked with any service provider that’s provided that level of service. I highly recommend ITP Renovations."

There work was neat and considering the task of completing the addition of a ramp and a shed roof over a pre-existing deck that was originally constructed years ago and having nothing truly square or plumb on the original structure, Reggie did an excellent job in making a silk purse out of a son's ear. There were plans other than a conceptual sketch and Reggie was most amenable to design changes and working with me to achieve the best possible outcome. "Everything went better than expected. Price was very reasonable and work I believe was much better quality than others offered. We had back porch enclosed and screened in, they came up with variety of options. The workmanship was excellent and communication with me as the work progressed was in a timely manner, especially with a few weather delays. They followed up in a few days and came back out to inspect again and also followed up with roof repair. Roof also was inspected and repaired without the hassle of tearing up material to find the leak. Discovered flashing just needed repairing. "We booked construction for a realistic time frame, they asked to move it up and we agreed but they ended up overbooking and we moved back to the originally scheduled date.  To their defense we had 4 days of rain which messed up their schedule - that was the only "glitch'.
The crew of 5 arrived at 9:30am and by 8pm we had a 240 square foot shed with 3 windows, french doors, a single-entry door and a loft.  I've never seen more attention to detail or measuring - especially for a shed.  These guys acted like they were building a house.  They also added a ridge vent and put architectural shingles on the roof to match my house.
They were low-maintenance, extremely polite and cleaned the entire site before they left.
Oh and that decorative window - the level of detail one of the crew put into installing that (Wes?) was like a cosmetic surgeon.
These guys run a business that I want to support, they're local, they're smart and they are REALLY good at what they do.
By the way, our "drawing" of how we wanted the shed to look was awful and these guys took our vision and made it better than we imagined.  They didn't have a photo to go on, just words and ideas that they brought it to life.
