Adrian provided a thorough bid on my project which including the tile flooring and within my budget. The quality and look of the windows of exactly what I was wanting. "The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."

"Stay far away from this company. Original project went fine although it was expensive. However the past few months have shown me their true colors as I have tried to get some of the original work fixed. Be aware that they only warranty work for 12 months. We had the only four tiles on the step into our shower crack over the first year and I tried for months to contact them through email. No response. I finally left my name as a new customer, and they immediately called me (funny :)). They then asked for pictures and said they could fix it. I then discovered it would cost $600 to replace the four tiles they obviously installed incorrectly the first time. Correctly installed tiles would not all crack on the outer edge."
