He is passionate about what he does and is quick to make suggestions as needed. Remodeling can be very stressful, but not with this company. They showed up on time everyday and completed the job on time. Alan frequently comes by to check on the progress and make sure it is up to his standards (which are very high). I really liked that there was never any mess left around. They hauled off everything they demoed the same day. No mess left anywhere on the property! They left everything tidy at the end of each work day. If I have anymore remodeling needs in the future, Alan and What's Next Remodeling would be my first choice in who to work with. "Troy and the entire installation team were excellent! Arrived on time and started working immediately. Communication was very good and their work ethic was outstanding! They made sure our furniture was moved safely - tarps were placed from door to door to protect our floors - they made a special effort to keep the wife informed and allowed her to place the various components (grab bars, compartments, etc) so there would be no angst at the end. Cleaned up their work areas (inside and out) and hauled away old tub and panels) - made sure both of us understood the mechanics of the equipment and allowed me one extra day before signing off on the project for some antagonistic testing. I feel this team demonstrated everything that the salesman promised and more which is rarely the case. Well done gentleman!"
