"I was in panic mode! Just spent $$$$ to have new St. Augustine sod planted in the many bare areas in my lawn. The landscaper advised me to water the lawn three times per week. When the sprinklers ran the first time, one zone stopped early, another zone did not run at all and yet another zone would not stop running until the controller was unplugged. In addition, several sprinklers were not operating properly, and some sprinklers had been improperly covered by new sod pieces. After some quick research on Angi, I called Moore Sprinkler Company. They made a special effort to get to my yard that same day, and their team of two technicians spent 1.25 hours locating all of the problems and correcting them with adjustments and new parts. The entire sprinkler system is now working great! I will certainly call Moore again for sprinkler system maintenance and repairs."

"Andrew came out to help us start up our sprinkler system for the spring. He was very polite, knowledgeable and reassuring. He found our broken valve to be the culprit for why we were not getting water through the system. He was able to assist us in fixing the system and finding the part we need. "Called, made an appointment (was about two weeks out on appointments). On the date and appointed time, An Andy's truck arrived on time with three employees. They listened to my issues; one zone was not working and I wanted a tune up of the system, as well. They set about checking everything, ran all 9 zones I have, replaced three leaky sprinkler heads found during testing and adjusted the sprinkler heads as necessary. They also reset my timer to run the times, days and amount I wanted so it would run on automatic. Ran the complete system again to check all was correct, asked me if I was satisfied (which I definitely was), gave me the bill, which I paid with a credit card and before leaving, they thanked me for my business and said if I have any additional issues, to please call and they would come out to service me. They completed everything in just underone hour I will definitely hire them again to service my water sprinkler system!"

"I had Tony and his team inspect all 20 stations and make appropriate adjustments and or replacements. He was to be here at 0700 but was here like I was taught, 15 minutes early. They made adjustments where needed but more importantly found heads that were not connected properly/broken connectors. Some heads were relocated to allow better coverage of the lawn.
