"The job was to remove an old painted surface from concrete garage and patio floors and then paint surfaces, apply chips and apply hybrid polymer high gloss surface. Excellent work done. Arrived when promised every day, and worked steadily and diligently to complete the work. Carmen is a very personable man. Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about his craft. He formulated a perfect color and chip combination for us and did an excellent job applying it. Would highly recommend him and would definitely use him again if I ever have a need for this type of work. Totally pleased with the job."

"Very happy with the job they did. We have 4 car garage with many joints in the slab. Brian and Mana spent a lot of time getting these joints prepared and covered. The prep work which took up the majority of the time really paid off as the finished floor looks great. Their product is a bit more money than some other bids I received but I wanted a better quality product because a few of my neighbors put coatings on their floor's and in just a couple of years are having problems with peeling, and the warranty has expired. The product Armor Coatings uses has a lifetime warranty. A great company to deal with!"

"After reviewing many companies, both through and outside HomeAdvisor, we decided on Fastlane for our garage floor coating. We bought a new house and wanted the work done quickly before we moved in. Fastlane came out on a Saturday, was able to provide us a bid and get us in on their schedule the next Tuesday before we moved in the following weekend. The short time frame in which we wanted the work completed limited the otherwise large selection of colors and products available to what they had in stock. While there were several we liked, we were not thrilled with any of them. There was one additional color the owner described to us but did not have a sample or picture of. We were a bit hesitant to go with something unseen, but based on his description and what we told him we were looking for, decided to risk it. Once we saw the finished product we were glad we did. We love it more than the other limited options available to us. I would highly recommend this company. They did everything they promised at a competitive price. The only reason I knocked half a star off of customer service was one minor issue during the application process. My wife was present for most of the job (the entire job was completed in one day) and she indicated it took longer than what the owner indicated it would when he stopped by the job site, most likely because of one of worker's frequent smoke breaks during the day. We also found that worker's cigarette butts on our driveway afterward. Again, don't let this prevent you from using this company. They were friendly, professional, gave a competitive price, and did a great job. I just wanted to explain why they did not get 5 stars across the board."

"Excellent! The job was far more entailed than I had anticipated. Mark and his team had to take out probably 15-18 pieces of flooring and part of the baseboard. They straightened and reinstalled the flooring. It looks perfect! Mark and his team were very professional and polite. Pricing was exceptional. Anything I need done in my home, I would call Mark! I can’t say enough about them!"
