"My experience with Affordable AC was excellent from start to finish. Jose listened to my needs and installed an entire system with new top of the line energy efficient AC/heat including new ducts, extra vent, and even blown in insulation throughout the attic. Install was quick and precise. The removal of old system was thorough and clean. The entire family of this family owned business were great at what they do. I am very impressed in every way from promptness to professional install to honesty. I love Affordable AC!"

"PHR A/C and heating were true professionals from the word go. When I reached out for a quote, I received prompt, courteous and knowledgeable information. The installation was scheduled quickly, and the technical expertise of the pros that were sent out was top notch. PHR A/C and heating for the win! I highly recommend them."

"Andres came out Tuesday to check both of my a/c units. The bad news was, both units needed to be replaced but the good news was that AKKO could do the replacement on Thursday at a fair price. The crew arrived on time, installed both a/c units very neatly, and by 6:30 pm I was cool again. Thanks AKKO for doing a great job!!"

"Quick response and Great service. Will hire again for my A/C needs. I highly recommend Better Then Best A/C & Heating."

"Another FABULOUS visit from my MADD AIR family today performing a maintenance check and inspection on my Comfortmaker AC they installed in 2018. Passed with flying colors, thanks to having a company that truly knows what they're doing. Joseph was very professional, knowledgeable, honest and a HUGE plus was that he didn't mind the dogs barking at him. LOL If you are looking for a company that will offer you all of the above for your HVAC needs, don't hesitate in giving them a call. I promise from my experience over the past 2 years, they don't just sell you a product and then walk away. Charlie and the MADD AIR TEAM back what they do and stand behind it every step of the way. I am so lucky to be a part of the MADD AIR FAMILY!"

"David and Michael are the best. I couldn't be happier with the choice of HVAC companies. They worked so hard and efficiently. Coincidentally we had problems with 2 rooms that ended up with no power after the HVAC install. The company took ownership for this problem (which probably was just a coincidence) and sent out an electrician "on their dollar" to fix this additional problem. I have never seen a contractor do this. Very impressed with this company. I would assure anyone, that this is the company to use. Please don't waste your money with any other HVAC company on Home Advisor. THIS IS THE COMPANY TO USE. They are a shining example of CUSTOMER SERVICE. I don't own anything about this company, I am simply a customer that couldn't be happier and hasn't seen this kind of customer service for years. I wish all companies were like them. David and Michael made me so proud. I'm 56. If this is what we are to expect of our young men, then this country will have a great future. VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE COMPANY AND DAVID AND MICHAEL."

"what a great company to have work done on my home. From the sales to the installation I could not be happier with my attic re-insulate. I noticed a great difference in the coolness of my home within a few hours. Thanks to the Kelly's team a good cheer and a hurray. I would definitely hire them again."

"Had a new HVAC system including duct work installed by Nickâ s in my 60 yr old home. Two thumbs up to Alex and Josh, they were responsive and easy to work with; and to Brian who was focused, efficient and professional during the install. I am very happy with the work done and no longer dreading the coming Houston summer."

"As with my other reviews of this company, this big job went very well. From the technician checking my original concern with my old unit to the comfort specialist coming out to give me a bid and options. I decided with the type of refrigerant my old unit uses, it would be better to replace the complete unit. The comfort specialist explained all it would entail and we set a date to have it replaced. Alex and crew showed up on time and went to work. They were very careful to lay tarps down not to make a mess. The job took about 6 hrs. Which was about what I was told. I could have not asked for a better installation. Very neat, everything tied down and all equipment was explained as to how to use and maintain. This was a costly service but I feel I made the correct decision and knowing that Air Specialist has my back made it easier to swallow. This company is a class act A++ in my book."
