"They installed sliding glass door for me. They did a poor job of it. While framing it, they ignored or grossly misread the structural engineer's drawings (failing to install a column attached to the ground), which seemed incredibly dangerous. They only installed it after my wife noticed it before they covered it up, and then they still needed me to verify with the structural engineer that a column should actually go all the way to the footing. Thank God my wife saw it. They left trash and debris everywhere throughout the project. They also improperly sealed the door, and now it leaks whenever it rains. We have tried to call them to fix the seal around the door multiple times. They said they would fix it, but now they simply do not return our calls. Avoid this contractor!"

"Jeanette cld. to confirm appt. which was appreciated, and Danny was prompt.  Both of these two ESI employees are above par with courtesy and manners.  Danny is knowledgeable and patient about explaining any problems.  The only issue that was not good was that Danny, who'd come out to inspect our raised foundations, had no crawl suit nor safety glasses/gloves to do the job properly.  It is impossible to lean down or partially enter the back crawl space with a flashlight and see the area that we are concerned about, as a long solid concrete wall/footing is in the way.  It must be crawled.  We loaned Danny one of our clean crawl suits that were used in our work.  This was the only unprofessional slip-up that Danny made, as he surely should have the proper tools to do the job...(crawlsuit, safety glasses) before he arrives to inspect any raised foundation.  His explanations were great, he is patient and kind, and the bid is reasonable.

Yes, they are NOT CHEAP, but I have to ADMIT, YOU Get What You Pay For!  I Sure Did When I Made The Decision To Finally Hire Them!

In my very own Personal Opinion, they hold a Doctorate in Contracting and Permit Work, as well as in other aspects which include:  Electrical, Plumbing, Painting, Carpentry, etc., etc.

They truthfully know their stuff and I would Recommend NOBODY ELSE, but them!

Here is some History:  I had several Code Violations from the City Of Los Angeles Department Of Building And Safety to SOLVE and this company knew How To Get The Job Done FAST, COMPLETE and SIGNED OFF and APPROVED in NO TIME!  

They are kind of like Superman!

I was More than Amazed with their work because the last contractor did NOT know how to do the work at all and kept me waiting high and dry for over almost two years, plus without getting it done, but when I hired this company, ALL OF MY PROBLEMS WENT AWAY!

It was kind of like hiring a Doctor to Write me a Prescription to Cure a Cold, but even BETTER!

They are exactly what the Doctor Ordered!
