"My 23 years old tile roof need to be replaced due to poor quality material used by previous local roofer. After search through 6 estimates, I pick Tony's bid because he listen to my concern and his prices seems fair. Normally roofing job starts in April or May, after the raining season, but our roof was leaking in several spots and Tony and Tino (the roofer) started the project in February. With the wettest raining season in recent memory in LA, it was a challenge to work on roof during the break between rain storms, but Tony and Tino's crew pull through the challenge. During the process, Tino also points out several issues with our chimney and he was able to do a thural repair and painting while he was up on the roof. As with any construction project, we encounter areas that need extra work and Tony was very easy to talk to and we were able to reach a reasonable price for the extra work. The only complaint I have about the whole project is that during the project, the crew allow the dirt got into my gutter and the cleaning process was not as thural as I'll like. Overall, I am very pleased with our roof project with OM Construction. Tony is very responsive during the process and address my concern very quickly. Tino's experience and attention to detail make me feel confident about the quality of our roof job."

"The young guy who did the work was prompt and professional, but not well trained. He power washed my patio BEFORE blowing the leaves and sticks off my roof, so all the debris landed on my just cleaned patio, and he didn't follow up to clean it off.
He forgot to do the garage door and was all packed up when he asked me to inspect, so I just let it ride.

"Amber came to the house to do a detailed deep cleaning after a remodel was completed.  I am sorry to say the contractors were very unprofessional, messy and needless to say did not cleanup after them self's (wish I had chosen one from Angie's List), a remodel from h***.  I had made contact with Amber to request a quote about four months prior to the remodel.  After the initial interview my wife and I thought she was very professional, well prepared and really liked her however; decided to hold of on her services at that time.  We had learned that one of our neighbors had retained her services and had nothing but good things to say which confirmed our impressions from the first interview we had with Amber.  After the remodel we decided the only way to get the house truly clean after the mess from the contractors was to have someone in to help so; we called Amber!!!  When I called her to schedule a time she was very busy and said she would have to give me a call back, to my surprise my call was returned promptly and was just as just as pleasant as I remembered from our first meeting!!!  At this point I put her in touch with my wife and they scheduled a time for her to come clean the house.  The house was such a mess with plaster dust on everything from the furniture (dark leather), wall to wall mirrors, new wood flooring, blinds and paint residue on the floor and downstairs bathroom, I did not expect much when I left for work the day she was scheduled to come by.  My wife was so; impressed with the results she called me with updates and retain her services on a regular basis with twice monthly visits however; I still skeptical and was with holding my judgement and decision until I got home from work to see the results my self.  Wow was a very pleasantly surprised, the house looked great, she did an awesome job, I could not find one spec of plaster dust, the floors were dark and rich with the wood gran, the mirrors were spotless and shiny, I have never seen the blinds look so good (maybe I won't have to replace them), kitchen cabinets were all wiped down looking good, counter tops sparkled and the upstairs looked just as good!!!!  Needless to say I have to agree with my wife, the house really did look spectacular!!  Amber did everything promised; an outstanding job and I am happy to say that we have retained her services on a regular basis!!!

"It went very very well.  She was very pleasant.  I am a novice with Facebook, she put me at ease and she did what she said she was going to do.  After she set up the page and connected it to my website, she worked with me to help me understand it and be able to be the administrator.  She answered all of my questions and told me to call her if I have any more quesitons or need help."

The company brings its own cleaning supplies and the women on the cleaning crew were competent and pleasant.   The company is fine for a simple house-cleaning job.   However, they were not prepared for post-construction cleaning, didn't seem to have experience at post-construction cleaning, and the painters complained they were disruptive and inexperienced.

The company's listing here mentions post-construction cleanup as part of their expertise.   I asked at the beginning of the job for the crew's #1 priority to be vacuuming up all the construction dust.   The company was unprepared, having brought only 1 small vacuum - the owner returned 2 hours after start time with a 2nd vacuum cleaner.  Neither the owner nor the crew seemed to understand the need to vacuum up the pervasive dust.  I personally spent at least 3 hours vacuuming while they were cleaning.  

The painters complained repeatedly about them, and said they had not seen a post-construction cleanup without major vacuuming.

"Luis and his assistant, Alex, did excellent work for us assembling some furniture and hanging pictures and wall decorations. Superb job. They even recommended a better configuration for our wall decorations. We were very impressed by the care and exactness of the work. Very courteous and friendly. They not only cleaned up the work area, but hauled away the boxes our furniture and wall decorations came in . All this at an extremely reasonable price. We've already arranged for them to do more work for us. We highly recommend them."
