I would still recommend Pearl Contractors for any roofing work that you may need. <br /> <br /> Spring 2015. <br /> Contacted Pearl to inform them that the flashing around my chimney is leaking. <br /> <br /> August 2015 <br /> After some discussion with Troy, the owner and Chris his assistant manager we have decided that the flashing around the chimney should have been replaced at the time of the original installation. because it was not, Pearl Contractor's has replaced the flashing as a warranty repair. Pearls states this chimney flashing is a $750 value. I am happy to have a roof that no longer leaks."

"It was a small job and it was obvious that I was not a priority.  The floor looked okay but not great for the price paid.  The quarter round looks terrible around the moulding, and the metal transition strip was installed very poorly.  I would recommend looking at other flooring companies."
