"Working with Vitor was an absolute pleasure. During this time of hurricane repairs in Florida Tampa and the metro Bay area were getting ripped off left and right. I got on Angie’s list for help and 9 out of 10 ignored or tried to scam By overcharging. Vitor was the 1, glad I found him at a time when we were at the apex of slimy contractors showing their true colors. But not Vitor. He was the epitome of patience and honesty. Our family was scrambling to get drywall work done and he waited for us for weeks and always checked in to see when we were ready. Vitor is an honest guy and had good recommendations for us for things outside of his scope. I know he wasn’t playing us. He didn’t feel like a salesman eating off disaster, like a lot of the vendors on AL did. He did very good work on our floor replaced the whole house. "The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."

"Gerael and team were amazing. I found him on Angi and they completely demoed and retiled our entire 2,500 SF home in Tierra Verde. From there they completely remade our master bathroom shower and tub area with marble tile. In addition to great workmanship Gerael, never missed a start date and once they started, they did not stop until the job was completed unlike so many other contractors that i have dealt with that over promise and under deliver. I highly recommend Batz Tile!!!"

"Nabil was very good and made sure all of our needs were taken care of. The quality of the work was excellent, everything was completed in a timely fashion, faster than anticipated. If we had an issue he took care of it with no problem. He did our kitchen, all of the floors, and the guest bathroom vanity. We will be using him again for the master bathroom."
