"He is great. He charged me $325 for the pressure washing of the driveway and the pool cage. Then, there was a screen blown off. He replaced two screens for like $114. I had him come out to do more screen work. He replaced three panels for about $214. They are better panels. He picks up the phone right away. He responds right away. He works on week-ends. He tries really hard to get things done, and the work came out great."
