"I found Don on Angie's list and contacted him to see if he served the Clarion area. He informed me that he does not regularly work in that area but he was familiar with it and was willing to do the inspection. He charged a small additional fee for milage as I was outside of his standard work area (which he informed me of up front). When I agreed with the terms, he took charge of the entire process. He contacted my realtor to gain access to the property, re-arranged his schedule so that that the timing was convenient for me (I was coming in from out of town to be there), and confirmed the date and time of the inspection with me. <br /> On the day of the inspection, Don arrived approximately 15 minutes early and after introductions, he went straight to work.
