He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. "It went well, the first appointment had to be cancelled (or changed somehow, I can't remember exactly) so he gave me a discount. He found a piece of plastice that had broken off of something and stuck in the motor. It was a very quick repair, but took two visits as a part had to be ordered. The first "look see" visit was deducted from the total cost of the repair."
