Don stopped by our house more than twice during the proposal/bidding phase during the summer of 2020. Don and his team were respectful, accommodating and focused on the project. There were three unforeseen complexities identified during the project in which Don clearly explained the situation, suggested several options for a solution and ultimately overcame the complexities. Incredibly, Don even stopped by a number of months after the project was complete to make sure we were fully satisfied with our new kitchen and flooring throughout the entire first floor. Don is extremely detailed and truly is a master of his many crafts. We are so happy we found Don and will absolutely call him for our next project.
