"Our job was a first-class operation from start to finish. After the break was repaired, Armando ran a camera and found lots of standing water. He recommended hydroflushing the pipe, which cleaned out a lot of roots, and then he was able to see further up the line, and found an even worse break. After digging up more cement and excavating more pipe, they realized that they had to undo the first repair and replace about 10 feet of the pipe. Armando also recommended that we install a two-way clean-out near the house, which would be set flush into the new cement, and would make dealing with any future problems much easier. All the workers were polite and friendly, and did excellent, careful, and thorough work, despite the 100-degree plus heat. Armando is especially outstanding: he is very knowledgeable and experienced; he explained things very well; and he kept in good communication with us about when the workers were coming (they were always on time). He applies himself to the work with energy and enthusiasm, and treats the customer with consideration and warmth. When the job turned out to be much more complicated, Armando gave us a fair price for the additional work, and also gave us a discount for using Angie’s List. I cannot remember a better experience with a home repair contractor!"

"I would like to start by saying that the service I received from Kermit at Chapman's Legacy Plumbing is the exact reason I am a member of Angie's List! Kermit was a true professional who was able to trouble shoot all issues with my sink and water in the kitchen. He corrected several issues and located all necessary parts to avoid replacing major parts like the entire faucet. Kermit was punctual, explained everything he was doing or needed to do, performed quality work and was just an all around friendly person. After reading a dozen companies reviews and taking a chance, I got exactly what I was hoping for. THIS IS WHAT MAKES ANGIES WORTH IT!! Thank you Kermit!"

"They initially re-plumbed our entire house years ago so we are still under a service contract with them. They do excellent work. We have had no problems with them. They were very professional. There were only about two of them here at a time and they come do whatever they have to do and then, the construction crew came in after them and did what they had to do. We are very pleased with them. A lot of companies would not work with construction crews that way, but they do."

"J Drains repaired the faucet"

"The plumber arrived the morning after I contacted him.  He very quickly reviewed the leaky faucet and got to work replacing the old one with one I had already purchased.  Within an hour that part of the service was complete and he proceeded to remove and replace the garbage disposal. Again within an hour the new disposal was in place.  So, within 2 hours my faucet and disposal worked perfectly.  Oh, and he cleaned up under the sink before leaving.

"BJ was extremely professional (work masks at all times and gloves, prompt, called when he was running late) and transparent with everything he did. Will highly recommend him to others and will use him again for future home repair issues."

"Called out Phil because my water heater went out. Unless you like ice cold showers, you need somebody to come out ASAP! He came out very quickly, assessed the problem and took care of me. I honestly thought I needed a new water heater, but he assured me he can get it running with just replacing a part. On top of saving me $$$ he was very professional and friendly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!"

"Exceptional service from start to finish! The technician was prompt, professional, and highly knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the repair process in simple terms, and had my system up and running in no time. The level of care and attention to detail was impressive, and the pricing was fair and transparent. My home is now perfectly comfortable, and I have peace of mind knowing my HVAC system is in great hands. Highly recommend this company for anyone in need of reliable and high-quality HVAC repair!"

"We were very pleased with their services.  They were very businesslike with everything that they did and they cleaned up very well."

"They were okay. I had an upstairs bathtub and it was leaking a lot and they fixed it. They put a steel mesh around the tub so that the rodents couldn't get to it. He went above and beyond. I am satisfied with his work. He is very communicative, explains things, tells you what he did and what he found."
