"Sammson Concrete did an excellent job. My village is particularly difficult with concrete code and has some laws that I don't necessarily agree with with regards to reinforcement of concrete. Throughout the process I always felt like Sammson concrete had my best interest in mind, and went out of their way to ensure the best job possible would be performed. "In July of 2020 Affordable Concrete Raising lifted up a 5ft x 10ft section of our patio concrete, which was slanted toward our house. We are delighted with their work! Ron was very professional and informative when he came to look at our patio and give us an estimate. The work crew arrived on time, were very careful to make sure that the rising concrete cleared the edge of our concrete stoop, and cleaned up afterwards. They even succeeded in freeing up the post of a metal railing so the concrete could rise around it and we wouldn't need to replace the railing. Their price was very competitive ($700) and our experience was positive from start to finish."

"Phil and his crew were terrific. Phil came on a Saturday (within one day of my inquiry) and completed the job on Monday. My back porch was sagging because of the broken pipe, so Phil brought in concrete blocks to prop it up temporarily until I can have it repaired. Great work, and concerned about my safety. "Roger was very helpful in helping us further the designs that we already had in mind. After signing the contract they started work 3 weeks later. It took 6 days for work to be completed. His crew was very hard working, always cleaned everything up and was always courteous. Roger came by everyday to see how things were progressing and to answer any questions that we had. Plans had to be changed due to something beyond their control and Roger made a suggestion to add a sitting wall to our fire pit, which we are very happy with and added to the beauty of the fire pit and our backyard. We have had so many compliments on our yard from neighbors and people just passing by. Our yard has definite curb appeal and we owe Brick Creations all the credit. We would recommend this company to anyone and have made several referrals to people impressed with our yard. We plan on having them come back every year to do maintenance on the edging and mulch and every 3 years to maintain our paver sidewalk and patio with sand."

Chuck came out go over our issue, which was water coming over the top of our foundation and explain options to us.  He promptly emailed us a quote and emailed to follow up with us a few days later to see if we had any questions.  Once we sent in our contract and deposit the work was performed the following week.  They applied a polyurea coating to our exterior. They missed doing a small area that we discussed but promptly came out the next week to once the rain subsided to do the small area that was missed.  We were very pleased with the work performed.  Chuck was super responsive and kept us informed of everything.  We would definitely recommend HighTech Waterproofing.

"Brian and his crew returned to my building on a warranty followup- their previous work done wonders for my flooding problems, but my foundation walls are apparently made of swiss cheese and there was one small seepage problem remaining which only shows up during a "100 year rain event".  Brian indicated that they go for 100%, not 99% and scheduled time to come back out to my building to address the issue under the warranty (a.k.a. free of charge) from the original work.  They came back out, dug up the foundation again, and found a crack hidden behind an old hasty concrete patching job that had been tarred over, which was determined to be causing the remaining seepage.  They repaired the crack and were done with the whole task in only hours.  I am a repeat customer, and can't say enough good things about Crawlspace and Basement Waterproofing solutions, they are friendly, helpful, and most of all, stand behind their work!

"I only have good things to say about this company. I was contacted minutes after I requested a quote. The repairman came out the next day and gave me a quote. I also got a second quote from another company. I went with Concrete Correctors because their quote was slightly higher, however, they would take the job to completion which included restoring the drywall which is now ready for me to paint. The worker was clean and efficient. Additionally, he did a plumbing job for me for a good price and once again he did a great job. I will add this company to my Rolodex and recommend them to anyone who needs concrete work done."

"The project went better than expected and the owner Todd gave us great suggestions that made our courtyard better than we ever imagined it would be. We almost went with brick pavers and I would have to say we made the best decision with the stamped concrete, not only does it look like individual tiles but there are no weeds growing between the bricks."
