He was very nice and said that he would try to help me, but I would have to pay his cost, which would be a few hundred dollars. The vouchers that I paid for have long expired and no work was done. Since I have already paid $996, I would like my money back, so that I can buy other Angie's List deals and have my cabinets mounted."
