Ruined items in garage and had concrete dust everywhere because they did not use a tarp or covering plus it got into the house thru vents. Concrete splattered on brick, garage entry door and wood above door and not cleaned off. Trash left in front yard. Rose Bush they had to dig up and they didn't replant for 2 days then barely put it in ground so it died. When I called they said these would be taken care of but I need to wait for the project manager of our job to get back from vacation which is ridiculous. There should be someone seeing that this gets resolved immediately. I have seen great reviews by other people that used them so I assume they did not have the crew I did. My husband had to level the dirt they put back at side of driveway due to it was replaced horribly. One end was so high the rain was sending mud on the freshly poured driveway."

"I had been dealing with sewer line problems for more than 22 years, including tree roots and blockages at a low point in the line caused by sinking sewer tiles. When Joel from Augusta Underground came out to diagnose my problem in January (and he spent more time doing this than any other company I have used), he told me that the sewer line also did not have a proper downward pitch, a problem that other neighbors apparently have in their lines. This company offered a creative solution that addressed all the problems. The line is raised above basement floor level and runs through the crawl space and out under the foundation. I was really impressed with the professionalism of Steve and his crew and the plumbers from Parsley Plumbing, who work with him. They worked very efficiently and methodically over the three days that it took to do the work. Steve informed me every day about the work that they would be doing, and it was obvious that he was always on top of things, even while he was operating the backhoe or directing another part of the job. He and his crew were meticulous and careful about my yard and house. See photos of the very neat 18-inch trench that was dug through my yard and garden, under garden edging, and right next to the brick and concrete foundation. It was impressive, and my neighbors even commented on how careful he was. I would definitely use this company again."

"<p>The company owner, Tim Patrick, came out in a timely manner, recommended fixes to our problems, and estimated the cost of the work.  His two employees, Travis and Terry, came to work on time and along with Tim planned how to accomplish the many scheduled tasks and then promptly got to work.  The staircase posed unusual problems in that the home's builder never properly installed and secured the balustrades, which is what caused them to wobble and lose support.  Despite this major flaw, Travis developed solutions to the problems posed in securing them, and we are very pleased with how sturdy and secure he was able to make them.  Tim arranged for us to get a stain and putty that perfectly matched our house's wood trim so we could do minor touchup repairs ourselves in future.  All other tasks on our list were performed flawlessly, as both employees stayed busy all day.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>We find HBTH to be extremely punctual, using highly skilled craftsmen, and overall a great value for the cost.  We have used them before, and there is no comparison in quality and service compared to other handyman companies we have used previously.  My wife and I have recommended them to family and acquaintances in need of handyman services, with full faith they will be as pleased as we are with HBTH's quality, service, and price.</p> <br />"
