"We are new to the area and were unsure who to call for yard clean up and dirt haul away after a fencing install. We came across Heath Outdoor LLC on Angies List and decided to give them a try after recieving two bids that were way out of the price range we were wanting to spend. They were very friendly and professional, and incredibly price competitive! We did not hesitate and booked our job with them right away. The crew that did the work the very next day (excellent turn around time!!!) was prompt and efficient, and very nice. Not to mention the phenomenal job they did! "In the late Spring of this year, Mike van de Bossche and his crew at Earth-Wood Arts created a new hardscape (whole new porch, steps, walks) with pavers and a beautiful new landscape in the front of our house, designed and installed to match and complement the work previously done by them (2012 ) in the back of our house.  They included dramatic outdoor lighting as part of the landscaping and completely changed the look of the house, day and night
Mike has a good eye and gave us good advice on design. Neither the front nor the previously done back was a particularly easy space to revamp. There was a lot of tear-out work that was done very well, quickly, and cleaned up after.  Earth-Wood Arts' crew is a fine group of people to have around, polite, professional, and collaborative.  We had a plan in the fall of 2013, but in early Spring 2014, Mike spontaneously brought us a completely new plan and told us he had given his original plan a lot of thought and believed it could be done with a much better aesthetic outcome, still working within the budget he knew we had.  We agreed and bought the new plan in its entirety.  
The pavers, landscaping, hardscape design and installation, and lighting in front and back are now all complementary.  We get compliments on the new work from almost everyone who visits our house.  We have enjoyed the fire pit, and the extremely low maintenance landscape design in the front not only looks great, it requires almost nothing from us to maintain.
Mike or his top representative showed up at every critical juncture, just as they did with previous work.  When some designated plant material was unavailable, their expertise allowed for substitutions that are just as beautiful and achieved the desired look as well as the original plan would have done.  When some plants looked less robust than the others, Earthwood removed and replaced them on their own in order to assure a good outcome.  The drainage and downspout runoff has always been a problem and they design and installed a new French drain system that solved a 25 year-old problem. It is a beautiful installation.
You can probably pay less, but I think Mike and his crew's years of experience were were important and worth paying for given some of the uneven elevations and drainage issues on the site that they solved, and I feel that the pricing was very appropriate to the service, design work, efficient and professional installation of the hardscape, pavers, outdoor lighting and landscape."

"Thank you Start to Finish for making my house look beautiful. I contracted with this company almost a year ago, I was a client of Lawn Pride for almost 8 years. I don't regret the change at all. They are a great company, with solid values. They put the customer first, and their expertise and professionalism is subpar. I have used three different services from S2F, and I am extremely satisfied with the results. 1. They provide maintenance for my lawn, the combination of products they use is just perfect for my lawn, my grass is green, healthy and free of weeds. The technician is courteous and professional, he takes the time to put his machine through the small gate in the fenced backyard. He hasn't hit it once. Kudos for a great maneuvering skills. 2. Last year, I met with Cameron, and we talked about outdoor lighting. He recommended a set of Bluetooth color changing lights. As you can see from the pictures, you can seamlessly change the lighting colors from your phone. There is a huge array of colors, with the option of alternating the scene with up to three different colors. The installation was quick and efficient and the product worked right away. They have a very good warranty and don't consume a lot of energy. The price was reasonable and scheduling was very quick, even in the middle of January. 3. This spring, they mulched and cleaned my mulch beds for the first time ever, I have always done this myself thinking I can cut costs. It is totally worth it to let professionals do this. As you can see from the pictures, the level of detail in every mulch bed is something I can't achieve. They also buried the downspouts, this helps tremendously to control water from coming in the basement. This was done two weeks ago, and you can't notice the cuts in the grass anymore. The price was reasonable, and the work was done very well. Overall, I give Start to Finish a 5 out of 5 in every aspect of their work. "Innovative Garages did an AMAZING job on my garage floor! This included all floor preparation with an industrial diamond concrete grinder, repaired a damaged floor drain area and a large crack across my entire floor. The entire project took less than 2 full days. They also gave me the use of a storage trailer to store all my stuff while they did the work on the floor and even let me keep the trailer another five days while I had my garage walls and ceilings painted. I strongly recommend Innovative Garages if you're considering having your concrete garage floor repaired and looking beautiful. They were also less than half the price of another major company I was considering."

Four Avian Glen neighbors (Kelly, Shafer, Humbert, YA) received several bids to improve their low lying, very damp lawn areas.  Contractor was selected based upon price & visit discussion.  Per their contract, initial 50% down payment was provided up front, but then there occurred a four month delay in the work.  Communication responses were poor during that time as to the status of the beginning the work.

The "swamp" areas were fixed with a drainage solution that required installing gravel/drainage pipe under ground.  As identified by the contractor, dog electric fence line was cut as well as in ground sprinkler line.  Both repaired by original contractors per My Personal Gardner contract.  Then, My Personal Gardner came out, filled in dirt/stone and threw down grass seed as his final delivery.

Upon inspection by homeowners, all dirt areas had medium to large stones, the dirt levels were not even with surrounding grass areas and several places homeowners sunk 2-4 inches in the dirt.  Homeowners had to finish the landscaping of all dug areas by raking out the stones, leveling the dirt, filling in holes, leveling with 11 bags of top soil and spread new grass seed. 

So our neighbors agreed upon grade = C.    B=fixing drainage issue; D=communication/responsiveness; F=final lawn delivery.  We all thought since they had "Gardener" in their company's name they would leave each lawn area raked out, level and flat.  A Saturday afternoon by the neighbors of raking, tamping and spreading grass seed returned each area to its original level form.
