"They were professional and courteous. They explained what happened to my old water heater and if it was repairable or not. He gave me options and time to decide. They are also military friendly. Great job Hoosier plumbing."

"I actually had my service over a three day period. The first day, a Tuesday, my drains were cleared. It was fast and quick!! The second day, my water heater was replaced and plumbing that was cast iron was replaced with PVC. I’m extremely happy with the professional grade of repair that was completed. I want to thank the repair people for outstanding work!! Saide was my first tech who worked on the drain and took pictures for the next crew for the water heater. Nate Joyce and his helper, Terry came by for the water heater. Again, awesome job!"

"Up front about the possibilities of servicing an older water heater. Appreciated them being upfront."

"To install three new faucets in existing sink s and a shut off valve on the water heater was $768. He did a great job but in my opinion that was way too much money"

"The initial response was very quick and Jeremy gave us a thorough explanation of what to expect. The very next morning, he was able to come to our house, check out our water heater and go over everything that it was going to take to replace the old unit. We found that this company, Water Heaters Express, was very professional, knowledgeable, and had the experience that we wanted when it came to replacing our older unit. Could not believe how quickly the job was completed from start to finish!! Would absolutely recommend Water Express Heaters, veteran owned and operated!!!"

"The job was clean, timely, and efficient.  I was glad to find a local small business to send the work to.  I would recommend them again for sure.  My only regret is that we waited 5 years to call them!  I can't believe how much difference having a water softner makes!
I also have to say that I had had several estimates done the year before and their cost was right in the middle or on less expensive end of all the estimates - not so cheap that you wondered about the quality of the work that would be done or the quality of the softner that would be installed, but not so expensive that you thought you were getting taken advantage of.  The price was exactly right where I was hoping it would be.

"They said it will take one hour or more to get here. It turned out that the repair man had to come in from Greenfield. He checked out everything and determined that the detector was at fault and my furnace was safe. I had just had a repair job on it weeks before, but this was $100 well spent."

"Very professional and they replaced my hot water heater very quickly as well as repaired 2 other plumbing issues I had. Their price was the cheapest of 6 quotes. My hot water heater is high tech and my family of 5 is enjoying hot showers."

"Quickly after purchasing Angie's List deal, the owner called to schedule an appointment, which was a few days later. The installer showed up on time and quickly assessed the situation of my current heater and it's location. Due to my water softener partially in the way of the heater, he decided to remove the door to the closet instead of moving the softener, which saved him time and me money. After checking the dimensions, he was able to reuse my old heater stand, which I also appreciated. With the new water heater designs, he had to do some slight modifications to the copper lines to the house for proper fitment. After making sure there were no leaks, he reinstalled the door and checked to make sure it operated correctly. Overall, he did exactly as he said he'd do in the time allotted for the appointment. I will certainly call Simply Water again for any plumbing needs."

"It was very easy to schedule and they were able to get me in within a week. The gentleman who came was very thorough and responsive to our questions. He also checked the sump pump in the crawl space to check it at our request. We got good tips from him. He also informed us of 5-year plan that would include the annual water heater flush with toilet tuneup and whole house plumbing inspection and we are very strongly interested in purchasing that plan. It was quite reasonable.
