I even got a stainless steel chase installed for the price most were charging for galvanized metal one's. I went with the stainless due to the fact it will last forever. C&A clean up nicely. "They are very thorough.  One visit dealt with an air-conditioning problem on our Volvo XC-90.  The Volvo dealer couldn't find anything wrong with it or said it needed replaced.  Alexander's was curious about the problem and removed the glove compartment.  They found an old piece of paper from the previous owner lodged there.  It was blocking the AC vent and the problem was solved when the paper was removed.  The Alexander's guys are also diligent to reset the oil change monitor which took a bit of researching on how to do it.  Family owned and operated.
