"Needed a waterproofing company to waterproof my damaged basement, excellent workmanship, exceeded my expectation. The workers were very polite and knowledgeable. Completed the job in one day. Removed concrete flooring, install indoor water gutters, drilled several weep holes, removed old sump basin and sump pumps, installed new equipment, they also install a rubber barrier to guide water to the gutters and placed new concrete where needed. They removed all debris, the basement looked cleaner than before they started. I was impressed with the quality and value of Ohio Basement Authorities service. I would highly recommend this company. Good price and excellent service."

Talking about his staff, Flavio and his wife set the pace, very nice couple, the wife is unbelievably strong, the framing they constructed was a sight to behold, I almost said they should leave it at that stage so I can look at it daily! Then came the drywall guy, Pedro and his wife, yet another diligent couple, did an excellent job. My best friend was Mikey, he is jack of all trade, expert in all. There is nothing he cannot do, he is a plumber, electrician, carpenter, etc! The bathroom he built was 100% perfect, the lighting was extremely beautiful. Outlets every 10 to 12 foot apart and 6 in can/recessed Led Lights. We recommend the 12mm water resistant Aqua gard laminate flooring. "Finished Basements Plus was wonderful from beginning to end! First, they came out quickly for an estimate. I had 4 estimates and theirs was by far the best. (2 of the estimates were more than $20K higher than for the exact same work). Beyond their fair pricing, the work was excellent. They started within 4 weeks. I have an old home, so plumbing and electric were not easy, But they handled it with ease. Tile work for the bar and shower are beautiful. Gorgeous cabinetry. Great carpet and flooring. Best part was that they did it all! No extra work for me. Everything was included, no surprise costs. Picking out selections was easy and quick. Anytime I called Todd with a question, he immediately called me back and took care of any minor issue. Everyone on the crew was kind and respectful. It added so much to our home! Great play space for the little one, guest suite for family, wonderful area to entertain. It is perfect!"
