"This one-star rating is generous! We are seven weeks into a four-day job at our house! The have been back three times to finish the job and it is still not done. My back yard is a mud pit! I have been informed by the "office" that it will take two more weeks before I can be put on the schedule for a crew to come back. The crew is working from their Lancaster office, and the managers won't return phone calls and are hiding behind the receptionist. I work just a few miles from their Lexington office, so I decided to pop in and talk to a different person only to find out that there is no staff in this office. The website for the Lexington office has a picture of the building and posted hours of 9 am to 6 pm, but it is just a building with mailboxes and a few shared meeting rooms used by several companies. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Think twice before hiring USS!"

Instead, someone answered my call. Next thing I know, they are scheduling a technician to come out in a couple hours. The technician arrived, still on July 4th, and replaced the springs and bearings. In an hour, we had the door open. The technician was professional, courteous and maintained a positive attitude while working on a holiday in stifling heat. Thank you to Thomas and Precision Overhead Garage Door Service for being there in our time of need on a holiday."

"Horrible craftsmanship. He did not order the materials as draws were paid, then wanted more money to order materials. Installed a boat lift as part of the project, it was not installed to spec and dropped our boat. The seawall steps have washed out from rain. Left trash, building scraps all over the work site."
