The second technician ("handlebar Chuck) was awesome! The customer services was EXCELLENT!!! He patiently listened to my concerns, answered all of my questions and provided me accurate information re: the cost of repair vs. replacement. I decided to replace the water heater and, even though it very late in the day, Chuck was able to install the new water heater that evening."

He then stayed to make sure the hot water that came thru the pipes in the end was the right temperature with us before he left, even after he already showed us how to adjust the settings ourselves. "The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."
