"My wife and I sat spent a good amount of time and research personally designing exactly how we want our Condo renovation to look. We have quality taste; and knew we needed the right contractor for the job to match all the design plans exactly. We searched around for many companies for knowledge, experience, professionalism; and price. I live in a 1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom Condo (with an awesome view); with very strict HOA; so I had to find the right fit contractor for a detailed job. We are very detailed people; and picky with having things done perfectly in designs; so combining how we are with our plan to do a full (every single room) renovation of my condo on the 16th floor; we knew it would be quite the extensive project. When Dorel gave us a walk-through back in December 2022; he was extremely confident; calm; and knowledgable. IND reviews and pics online that showed their work were excellent. Quote came back close to budget; so the combination of all these things; helped us choose IND to do the work. With many restrictions in our HOA; IND provided a seamless process; and adhered to all the rules / regulations. The work that their contractors did (Javier & a few others); was high quality / professional work. Over the 4 months the project took to complete; we were provided clear expectations of the process and each step of the way. We personally made multiple additions / changes to the original plan; and IND easily added things and worked everything into the plan smoothly. We now have our condo looking not only like a dream come true; but literally the most beautiful Condo in the entire building. We already started referring other condo owners to IND and Dorel. "Imperial Remodeling took on a top-to-bottom remodel of my small three-level townhome, including a roof-top deck. The home, which was previously occupied by a hoarder, was transformed! Gino Henn and his crew replaced everything, from the flooring in every room, to each of the 2.5 bathrooms and the leaky 2-stage roof. The roof is now an urban oasis, with turf and a deck cover. Imperial did a fantastic job. I love my totally new kitchen! Because the condo complex was old and not well maintained, there were unexpected and tricky problems with electrical and plumbing systems. But Imperial handled it all -- and stayed on schedule. The workmanship is excellent and detailed. The crew was careful and mindful of my neighbors and the cleanliness of building's common areas. Overall, I am very happy with the finished project."
