Garrett from DoneRite promptly came out to check our unit, answered all of our questions, and the very next day we received the quote for the work to be done along with 4 possible HVAC systems in different price ranges to consider. Garrett was very concerned about our comfort while we waited for the new unit to be shipped. The old unit was leaking freon and the temperature in the house was staying around 87 degrees. He made an extra trip out to add some freon to keep us comfortable until the new system arrived, and called several times during this period to make sure we were okay.
