"Eric was great. Due to my recent bad experience with a horrible con-man handyman group I was very reluctant to deal with someone again and so put feelers out for 4 groups at once. Eric was one of three that promptly responded but was the only one that wanted to come out and actually see what needed to be done and give me a proper estimate rather than just relying on pictures or verbal description (and at no cost). He is a very professional yet personable person and very knowledgeable. Not only was the work done superbly, but when he encountered an issue with one of the projects he promptly let me know and later refused to be paid for the portions of that project that he did complete as I needed to have a plumber come in and complete the last part (nothing of which was his fault in any way as it related to the system present that he would not have been aware of until he got to that portion of the project). I would also like to point out that the projects involved were a wide variety of issues and except for that one part of that one project, he was able to complete them all with excellent results. He will be coming back to complete another project due to my needing to order in some necessary items, but I will welcome him back to complete this and I plan on having him back to complete a number of other projects I have planned in the future. For now, I have labeled him as my new handyman. I have been looking for a reliable one for the past 5-6 years, and I think I finally found one. "I chose this company because they'd done a neighbors' concrete and they were pleased with the experience and the sealant that was used doesn't change the appearance like most do. <br />   When I first contacted them they were booked ahead with big jobs. They could get to me by mid-June, but would fit my job in earlier if possible. They did, several weeks earlier. <br />   They cleaned my driveway, personal walk and patio, public sidewalk, and curb. Special care was given to the highly dirty/mildewed areas. I pointed out some decorative border stones and a repaired area that would be fragile and he took care to not damage those (or anything else).  <br />   They discussed whether the water-based or solvent-based sealant would be better given the age of my concrete (and the tendency to mildew). The solvent-based was used with special attention to those areas prone to mildew. <br />   They kept me well-informed re: what was being done and what I can expect going forward. <br />   I'm LOVING the clean look and also seeing water just bead up on top!! <br />   I didn't give an 'A' re: price, but it may have been competitive re: what I had done and the products/tools used. I hadn't gotten any other prices since I knew I wanted them to do it."

"It was a rainy Monday, but the company arrived at our home at 8am and waited out the weather.  They walked around the house with my husband and me to note any landscaping that was particularly fragile. (roses, hostas, mums and lilies).  The supplies had already been delivered so the crew got to work.   I didn't know what to expect with noise and mess and although there was plenty of both, the crew was very professional and efficient in their  efforts.    It took about 10 hours from start to finish and with only one rotten board to be replaced.   This was the first roof replacement I have experienced and this company did it right!  The owner was on sight numerous times to ensure everything was going well.  He answered my countless questions and explained what would happen from beginning to end.   I was quite concerned that the crew would never be able to pick up the zillions of roofing pieces, nails, shingles, etc.  However, there was not a scrap of material or nail in sight after they were finished.  They even cleaned out the gutters and the garage!  I would highly recommend Seamless Restoration for a new roof or repair.  They are professional, courteous, efficient and neat.  Extra stars to the employees for stopping to meet our dog who had to inspect everything, snoop in their lunchboxes and insist on being petted. <br />"

"<p> We are pleased with the overall appearance of our new bathroom.  It was, however, a long process.  One of our concerns before beginning the project was maintaining cleanliness in the rest of the house while the construction was happening because we have an 18 month old running around.  We discussed this with Dave and he assured us that he would take measures to keep the dust and debris out.  He did cover his walking path and hang up a couple of plastic sheets, but he made no attempt to clean up the daily buildup until about 10 days into the project and also stored tools and supplies in areas of the house that were not being worked on.  While Dave is obviously skilled at home improvements, he lacks attentiveness to detail.  His phone was also a major distraction.  Sometimes it seemed like he forgot what he was doing before it rang, resulting in unfinished work.  For example, he had to remove the new drywall in the shower area so that he could glue the walls down, which he failed to do when he first put them up, which caused them to shift and be unstable. A few days after the job was completed, we discovered that the toilet tank had not been tightened down on one side when it sprung a leak.  He also put a 4" scratch in the new laminate floor while he was installing it, which caused us to have to buy another pack of boards ($66).  While there were a lot of mistakes made, Dave was always willing to correct them.  To reiterate, we are happy with the overall job, there were just a lot of inconveniences along the way.         </p> <p> </p> <br />"
