"When i was in the basement doing laundry one day I noticed a sulfer smell and instantly thought gas leak. I called Tiffin Deluxe Services and had them come out to look. They diagnosed that the smell was coming from my water heater and that I needed a new water heater. They came out the next day and installed the new water heater. When I got home from work I went down to see the completed work. First thing I noticed was a strong sulfer smell. I called them back up and they told me it would be a day or two before the smell would disappear. Five days later I called them back because the smell persisted. They came back out and removed an anode rod and told me the smell would go away. Three days later I called them back because the smell was still there. They came back out and removed the other anod rod. Again, this did not help. They ended up coming out to my house five different times. I ended up calling the septic company and they diagnosed the problem as having to do with my septic. They fixed the problem and my basement smells great now. Although Tiffin Deluxe Services mis-diagnosed my problem from the beginning and it may be questionable whether or not I needed a new water heater. They were extremely professional each time they came out. They only charged me for the water heater and no service charges for the five times they came out to my house. I would definitely use them again, but question the diagnosis next time. <br />"

This company not only depicts what hard work is about, but what service should be from a hired company! I have since used them for clearing of sewer back up in basement of a rental property.  They were called on a Sunday and asked to be there on Monday... "After 2 plus years of clogged drains requiring Tongs to come out and unplug them, it was determined that the problem was much "deeper" than that.. A complicated description was devised by the owner requring excavation, sewer Jet service and push cameras to locate  excact area. This was nesessary, I understand that, however  the approaches were somewhat  hap hazard at times, very labor intensive and messy (where the workers did not bother to put drop cloths down requiring me to replace carpet where they had walked in and out on) <br /> In stead of keeping the same workers on the job differant people would show up. Al together I had  8 people working on the job. It started in July and ended in September.I was charged for 96 total hours of labor. <br /> On 1 particular Friday in September, the men accicidentally hit a spot where it caused a power outage and the worker who did this almost got zapped with electricity, which, of course scared him. So he walked off the job in the morning, and never returned that day nor was I informed of any of this until I was told by my employee. I tried to contact the owner but he was on vacation, So part of my business was out of power until Monday. <br /> The the electrician had to come and fix the problem and I was charged for this. <br /> <br /> <br />"
