"Stan and his crews did an outstanding job. He is very detailed oriented and takes a lot of pride in his work. He is a true craftsman and a gentleman. We definitely will be using him again & would recommend him to all of our friends and family."

"Ron and his crew were wonderful on all counts. I get very stressed about this sort of thing and Ron dealt with my self-imposed issues very quickly and gracefully. he always got back to me promptly."

"Isaiah Goldberg at Robin Renovation did beautiful tile work throughout our basement. He ripped out our old carpet and leveled everything before he started. Now it's so bright and easy to maintain! I love our new floor! I would definitely hire him again."

"

He listened and was very open and useful with his suggested alternative to my desired approach to... indeed I have opted for his likely equally costly but much less destructive resolution. I live in a small 1970's vintage home with a "galley style kitchen. It also has a closet style laundry that shares a wall with the kitchen directly behind the refrigerator. My frustration rested in the vintage of my kitchen in that it doesn't accommodate todays much larger refrigerators. Can't speak to his actual skill or I'd rated him "A".....likely  "A+".

I wanted to "stack my laundry services which would allow sufficient room to move the wall behind the refrigerate back such that I could buy a new much deeper refrigerator. His suggestion pointed to the cost of moving some plumbing and electrical along with the expansive task of moving the wall but not the cabinets.

His suggestion involved swapping the location of the refrigerator with a section of cabinets of the same width and forgoing the deeper refrigerators with one simply taller. As I said these units are unjustly expensive, but it is a solution that both opens up the kitchen and gets me a newer more spacious refrigerator.

I plan on using his suggestion but given his approach is so very much simpler, I'm doing it myself..... saving me likely most of the increase in the cost of this non-standard refrigerator or if you will it is an option that will definitely save me over $500. all in.

So, honest, caring, polite, creative, knows his craft, and is not totally watching the bottom line. He lost the work but saved me significant distress, time and money!!!!

"We highly recommend Paliy Construction. Art and Nazar's crew finished on time and on budget. They were hands-on during the entire project and worked with us as we also decided to remodel the living room to knock two birds out with one stone. Art is an awesome communicator, as is Nazar, the project manager. We found Paliy Construction on this site and am so glad we did. They are amazing from start to finish and we could not be more pleased with the results. We received multiple bids and are very happy we chose Paliy Construction to complete this project!"

"My time working with Paul & Mathew at Marteeny Construction have been outstanding. From the start Paul has been helpful in educating my wife & I on the process and helped guide us through our ideas. Mathew as well was very punctual & always immediate to assist us. Not only am I grateful to have worked with them, but I am excited to reach back out for our future projects to come!"

"We have hired Paul and his team for several projects in the past several years, most recently for a kitchen remodel. He is professional, honest, the work is done to a high standard and we trust his judgment. He has replaced our windows, remodeled our kitchen and bathrooms, remodeled our bedroom , built a new deck and made cedar siding to match existing cedar siding on our home perfectly. We highly recommend him."

"Let me start by saying, this ADU project was for my daughter, Macy. Macy has I/DD and Autism and will likely not be able to live away from us, her parents, unless she is in assisted living of some sort. However, together with her grandma we sought to create an environment for her to live as independently as possible and for her to grow into. This began our search for the perfect contractor who would understand our needs and work with us to build this ADU for Macy. Enter, Jay Bemis with Timeless Builders. After multiple meetings with contractors, many unreturned calls and emails, we met Jay. He immediately sounded interested and returned with a bid in a timely matter. We accepted this bid and began to move forward with this project. As with any construction project, we ran into unexpected situations. I could not have picked a better partner to handle all of these situations. He maintained focus on finding solutions, worked magic to make things happen that we wanted and came up with additional creative ideas when we couldn’t. He is a true craftsman and he employs the most amazing people! The pandemic hit during our project and he was respectful of our request to wear masks when entering our home. They continued the work and Jay was open about end dates and timelines. If you are looking to start a project, I can tell you that Jay Bemis and his team at Timeless Builders is who you want to partner with. Their work exceeded our expectations, their friendliness was an added bonus and the end result blew us away. Don’t think twice, contact Jay with Timeless Builders, he will help you get your project done right."

"Ryan Hall, residential services at Pinnacle, did a great job on sheetrock demo, repair and installation flowing a plumbing job. I then hired him again to handle a large remodeling project in the basement, turning a barely useable basement room with an exposed gross ceiling into a speakeasy lounge type vibe in my Happy Valley area 1930s cottage. Sound suppression ceiling panels, hole patching, paint, built in fan in a window, two windows replaced, beams added, and so on. Great job! From ugly to epic!"

"Owner Val was the project manager for my new home construction. Besides managing the project, his company did many services for the home. Val's professionalism is unmatched. He listened to my wants and concerns and was sure to address it with the team. If you're looking for an honest company that goes above and beyond for their clients, look no futher than Express Restoration LLC. Val and his team will take very good care of you."
