"The provider came to give an estimate. He was running a little late, but called to tell me. When he came he was friendly and professional. <br /> The day of the installation, the provider came on time and did quick professional work, My new railings change the whole look of the house. I am having him come back and do more work, <br />"

"Their work has always been "top-notch." Over the last 25 years, they replaced the tile twice, repaired the coping stones when needed, and last summer installed all new modern coping stones. This spring they are scheduled to re-plaster the pool for the second time in 25 years. They also assist with deck renovation by applying the mastic between the coping and surrounding pool deck. We are always pleased with results of their work. They provide the cost of the work upfront and always stick to the agreed price. Scheduling is tricky as it depends on the weather but once they begin the work, they stick with it until it is done without much downtime for use of the pool."

"Superlative! Couldn't ask for better. Worked with owner on detailed initial contract (I like that detail), but details could be fine-tuned with foreman as the work progressed. Owner responded promptly to a couple modifications with cost implications that I needed as work proceeded. Foreman Richard, who did the majority of the work, was skilled and meticulous, as well as friendly and easy to work with. All crew were polite and pleasant as well as working to a high standard. Only the gutter was subcontracted; all other work was done by employees. The pressure washing was done by an in-house specialist with a big rig! It was a big job and took several weeks, but they worked every day it didn't rain; no gaps while they worked other jobs; I really appreciated that."

"The jobs took a few days in total. We had them do 2 phases to our project. They were pretty much on time and did exactly what we wanted. Shannon was very professional and helpful. We will probably be using them to do the rest of our front area in the spring. I would recommend them to anyone. <br />"

"Mr. Rafferty was very professional and prompt, and his painter performed services as specified--in just 1 day!  The painter cleaned up well after himself and was very careful.  This job was somewhat difficult because the deck floor was one color and the pickets and rails were another color.  I ended up sanding worn deck surfaces myself because I was concerned about stain adhering to deck (even though the power washing alone would probably have been sufficient). <br />"

"Very hard working. Showed up on time and worked well into the evening. Needed some additional work performed the <br /> following day, and showed up on time to complete the additional work, as well.  <br /> Very contentious about completing the work to the liking of the customer, and made some adjustments to the initial scope of work <br /> in order to leave us satisfied.  <br /> We decided to buy our own materials, so Kevin started out by completing his measurements and letting us know what was needed. While we were out purchasing the materials, he busied himself in removing all of the old materials that were to be replaced so that he was ready to start installing as soon as we returned--no time wasted. His measurements were right on target, and the materials we purchased were not wasted. <br /> We were also impressed by the attention to details and professionalism in the performance of the work. They took the time <br /> to explain what needed to be done and our options (pros and cons) for getting the work completed. We then picked the options which best fit our budget. <br /> For example, our initial budget was to have the rotted trim replaced with word trimming, which was based on my <br /> non-professional opinion that from a cost perspective this would work best for us. However, after explaining the long term benefits of replacing the trim with composite materials, we chose to go with composite--even though the initial price was about double the cost of word. <br /> In the past we got quotes for the work from contractors who would only quote replacing the word with composite materials, so we had nothing to compare the pricing against. We liked having it explained and for us to be the final deciders.   <br /> As a final note, one of our neighbors came over and requested that he do a minor repair to an exterior light on the outside of his garage, and Kevin was able to accommodate him immediately after completing the work on our home. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"Phase 1 rep first worked up yard plan in fall 2008, but construction on new addition and funds tight. We liked them enough to ask them to return in fall 2009. Rep amenable to dividing the job into phases. Designer and rep came up with interesting, unique approaches. Rep on site frequently and worked with project manager to adapt ideas to realities of installation. Very happy with final product. Phase 2 brought new rep, Shannon Reed, who worked with original plan and adapted it freely to fit our budget. We also had a deadline--a graduation party on June 11. Shannon emailed daily and kept up great communication. He had great ideas and worked with designer on a great combination of hardscape and plantings. When first budget presented overshot our budget, he adjusted freely, without compromising integrity of design. He is a friendly, eager to please person, and we enjoyed working with him. Installation team was professional and detailed, always leaving job in clean condition, even when not finished. Our project is small in comparision to lots of the work they do, but we were treated as if our city yard was a country mansion--very much appreciated."
