"These guys are great. They stayed in touch, were on time, made minimal cuts in the drywall (made sure they were behind the microwave hood area and range. They stayed in touch with city inspectors and coordinated visits. In fact, the inspector signed off on the permit after installation without requiring a second inspection with the appliance hooked up and running, because, he said, I've seen these guys' work before and they are top notch. Everything was smooth and easy. And the bid was the bill. No surprises and that is a blessing in any remodeling project. Highly recommend."

"Mr Nash himself came out and did the service. He has been doing this work for a long time and is very knowledgable and good at what he does. My furnace was a difficult brand to work on and get to the areas he needed. He didn't charge me as much as he could have for the extra time he spent. "The crew who came to the house included: Chris, Josh, Christian and Jeff. They were all very professional and they explained very clearly what work needed to be done and where they would need to cut into walls and ceilings. We have a 3 bathroom house with a full finished basement. The crew attempted to make easy cuts for me to repair. The house was as clean as can be expected after two days of work. The job was done completely and thoroughly. We had an issued with the shut off valve and they returned the next day to fix our issue and Josh came out he was professional and friendly. "First visit: Ryan came to see what work would be needed. Gave recommendation for water heater as well as 'booster' to provide more hot water. Did not go into crawl space under house to investigate bathtub plumbing needs. Explained steps we needed to take to prepare bathroom and floor for installation. (Total visit: almost an hour.) Second visit: Ryan performed jobs 2 and 3 easily and efficiently. Replaced earthquake straps on water heater; they had not been installed properly 10 years ago. Finally entered crawl space and realized he would need a second person to do plumbing bathtub hookup from below and above floor at same time. Arranged for a 3rd visit with an apprentice a week later. Third visit: Ryan and helper cut waste line and installed branch line to new tub location, plus install new water supply lines for tub as well as hook up tub to new branch line. Worked efficiently and thoroughly. [NOT MP Plumbing's fault: hose bib had hidden damage which began leaking a few days later; Seth called and explained function and design of hose bib, but when he was informed that it was still dripping at end of explanation, he immediately said something was wrong and he'd be by in 20 minutes. Arrived quickly (forth visit), removed part and discovered mis-manufactured part. Replaced immediately, and made note that it was too soon to have been our fault so there would be no charge for the part or the visit.] Ryan, Seth and apprentice were all very friendly; they took the time to make sure we understood what they would be doing (and in some instances why). They worked well and efficiently and were very careful and considerate of our space. Easy to talk to and we never felt they were talking down to us; when they used in-house 'lingo', they made sure we knew what was meant. Overall a very pleasant experience. While we had been told on the phone when we made the initial appointment that the first visit was a chargeable service call, Ryan discounted that first visit as he had not discovered the need for a second person and thus he had to come for the third visit with the apprentice. We felt that we were treated exceedingly fairly in those circumstances. Total cost includes water heater, booster and plumbing fittings."

"Everything went extremely smoothly. When we first began this project in August 2014, we sought bids from seven different companies. Of those seven, only three supplied bids, even after doing a free estimate and assessing the project specs and saying how easy it would be. It was a really frustrating process and we ended up asking for bids from another five companies without much more luck. We are so glad we contacted Sun Glow. The cost for the project was more than we had anticipated, even though Sun Glow came in with the best quote. We had to wait a few months and Kyle checked in with us regularly. Once we were able to fund the project, Kyle immediately got the install on the books.



The install took about 4 days and Nick was fantastic. He was really patient and helpful with our questions. He did a fantastic job. We did have an issue right after the install that was a manufacture error on the furnace motherboard. They quickly sent a tech out on a Saturday to replace it and we've had zero issues since then.



We are so happy with Sun Glow and our decision to work with them. I would highly recommend them for any future HVAC projects!

"Initial visit for water heater repair was great, fast response and service from Ryan. About a month later Josh did a maintenance review of our furnace and air conditioner. We decided that rather than try to repair our very old equipment we would opt for new. Derrick presented different options, we felt comfortable with his presentation, not pressured at all and confident about this recommendations. Yesterday, Ted and Daniel installed the new AC unit and furnace and we are appreciating the efficiency of our new air conditioner.
