"Very punctual and did the extra cabinetry at an excellent price and quality. I didn't notice it at first, but the floor finish had minor blemishes such as an occasional hair and small bubble in the finish, so floor quality was a bit disappointing. However, they were a full $1000 less for same job compared with 2 other Angies list bids, and we were only refinishing as part of the sales prep on the house so I took this a fair compromise. After the job was done, the proprietor was going to drop off some extra finish he had mixed for our cabinets so I could touch up a few spots myself later, but despite repeated emails and phone messages, he never returned the communications nor did he ever drop off that finish he had promised - another minor dissapointment

Charles had no hesitation and designed a space that is absolutely stunning and exactly what I had in mind. He hires really high quality subs who have long term relationships with him. He insists on quality work and does not cut corners. The electrical, cabinetry, tile and wood floor work were done by specialists who are absolute craftsmen. This was a 4 month project that just wrapped up a few days ago. I highly recommend Charles -- he doesn't have a slick website but is authentic, and completes what he says he will, when he says he will, with quality. My new space is so lovely."

"It went exceptionally well. Iosif Was very honest, kind, professional and knew how to do his job. We moving furniture back in the house, deep scratches were formed, he came back and repaired it and blended it into the existing floor. Turned out beautifully. I was amazed, and everybody comments on how beautiful my floor turned out. You can see all the beautiful colors of the natural wood tones. I used a clear coat over red oak. I get a lot of wonderful comments on this floor . I would highly recommend them !"
