"We originally hired T to inspect some soft spots in our kitchen floor which turned out to be the result of a long standing leak in the plumbing under the house.  T worked with us to come up with the best plan of action to keep within our budget. He and his team replaced the plumbing under our kitchen and bathroom, reinforced our floor joists and replaced a section of our kitchen floor.  He was able to save the linoleum in our bathroom to save us the expense of buying new flooring for both the kitchen and bathroom. The whole process took about 5 days. 
During the course of the plumbing work we had him check a soft spot in the bathroom ceiling. He found a hole in our roof and came back the next day to fix that for us.  We figured why not ask him if he could repair our front porch which had several rotten wood slats, peeling paint and missing spindles.  Again, he worked within our budget and allowed us to pay him in installments which we really appreciated.  T and his guys did great work and always put in long days of work..  They normally showed up early, which I don't think is common, and were super friendly and informative!  I would highly recommend T and we would definitely work with him again!
