"Some of the negative problems a mess was left big chuncks of concrete under my furniture some stuff wasn't covered properly. Something very sentimental to me got broke i got told 'm sorry that happened they were told to becareful due to breakable items. They offered to come back & clean up all the mess that was left & fix some other issues. The two guys who came back for my concerns were very nice & respectful & addressed & fixed the issues. The installation team was very friendly as well but was the ones that left the mess & broke a item of mine I've had for 10 yrs. So very heart broke over that. Now just waiting to see how my basement holds up when it rains heavey or for days at a time."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"The roof is done and looks very nice. Workers were on time and worked very fast. Clean up is nicely done. Our salesperson was very good at the presentation. Follow-ups from the office staff is very prompt, everyone was polite and professional. However, there were a few bumps during the install. on the lower roof, they were going to install new roof over the wet sheeting until I protest. I do not know about the wet sheeting on the top roof where I cannot see. I asked for photo of the rooftop to check for wet sheeting, but never received them. I was sold 6 ft of ice dam shield, but only 3 ft installed on the rooftop. On the portion over the porch over entirely covered after I asked about it, however, rooftop is where it is critical. The foreman who came last hour to wrap up the job was very condescending. They were going to throw away all gutter guards. When asked if they were going to put them back, he replied not since they were not strap down. They did put them back after we asked them to. To divert from the items we were pointing out, he said we had two layer of shingles on the roof vs the one that we reported. We only had one layer. He tried to convince us there were two by reversing the shingle to show there were two as they looked different. This company had a higher price quote than most others I spoke to, and I was going with **you get what you paid for**, I am not sure I made the best decision."
